Long overdue review - Limitless Travel sent us with an amazing team to support us all. Enjoyed my first ever cruise. Im now booked for another one! Thank you.

A truly excellent experience on my holiday to Lanzarote. The tour manager and her staff were proactive in every respect, nothing was too much trouble night or day. The hotel itself was well laid out and wheelchair friendly. I look forward to my next away time with limitless.

Lyndsey came across as friendly , very polite , professional
she explained every detail about the cruise
No question was too big or small to ask her.
This all made me feel more confident about going on this cruise as a widow & now am disabled . I have been through so much these last few years i think I deserve a break.
Every thing sounds so good.
Talking to Lindsey actually put a on my face, which unfortunately doesn’t happen much these days.
I am now looking forward to this cruise. It sounds lovely.

Helpful, friendly and efficient

I don't consider myself disabled, more physically challenged. Because of this, I need an electric bed and a totally safe bathroom. I opted for a coach tour of Cornwall. Yes, it's not cheap but during all my conversations, all my questions were thoroughly answered and that has given me the confidence to take a holiday for the first time in over 5 years.

We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire team. Your support, professionalism, and kindness made a meaningful difference throughout our time away. You helped us feel welcomed, cared for, and fully supported, and we are truly grateful.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the many individuals whose presence, warmth, and companionship enriched our holiday. The sense of community and encouragement we experienced is something we will always value.

I havnt been on holiday for about 20 yrs and i may not be able to much longer, so Limitless are making it achievable for us to go on my dream holiday of the Norwegian fjords and Northern Lights!

The care team with our group onboard our cruise to France, Portugal and Spain Easter 2026 were outstanding. I cannot praise them enough. Their help, support and friendship really made our holiday. The banter and craic made us all laugh daily. As a fairly recent wheelchair user my husband was in excellent hands and they made sure my holiday was stress free and that I had a holiday too. Thankyou Limitless Travel. Denise, Dave, Chris, Richard, Jocelyn, Sadie and Natalie - our care team - you were golden!

Sharon is a mine of information about cruises and her enthusiasm for her job is apparent in her conversations. Little did I know when I booked a Northern Lights cruise in December 2025 that I would be going to South Africa and Grand Safari later this year, and I have booked three cruises for 2027!

Fine very helpful but when you have never done this before it seems so complicated, the 2 ladies I have spoken to have been very helpful the price is not what it says as you have to add flight then care plus to the price stated
