I ordered Luxe Fruit & Praline Eau de Parfum from this website.

After completing the payment, I received an order number and a tracking number that turned out to be fake. The tracking number does not exist in any shipping system and shows no record of an actual shipment.

The package never arrived — and it’s clear it was never sent.

I contacted customer service but did not receive a proper or satisfactory response.

I’m sharing this to warn others. Please be cautious before placing an order on this site.

Do NOT pay for fast shipping!
$23.98USD paid for fast shipping and products arrived weeks after promise date. Company refuses to refund cost of fast shipping. Will never purchase or recommend this company.

They are tricky. Stay far. They promote a product and deliver totally different type of product

I would like to take back for them to be a fraudulent website. I finally received my order. which is in good shape and quality. I just think they need to have their customer support more stronger and human instead of AI.

The entire experience was just so suspicious, first I was charged more than the displayed amount. second the customer care was AI, third. the tracking number kept changing which is very unusual. so, I think they aren't frauds, but just POORLY managed website with ZERO attention towards customer service.

Dont order. Its a scam. I have ordered 3 months ago and never received the product.

I absolutely got scammed. Ordered three months ago and never received anything. Their tracking info is false information. Do not buy from here if you want to lose your money.

CHARLATANS! Order placed a month and a half ago, still waiting for it, and despite asking for a refund several times, have been told it’s “in transit” and can’t have one! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I’ve known.

Scam ! I bought a cap stand to hang my hats on , the picture on the site was deceptive as you can compare next to a door ended up receiving two small pieces of plastic that my hats don’t even stay hooked on it .. and they a spaced about the same that if they were only stacked on each other . Contacted the customer service to get refund , they can’t ( as they say ) refund me more than 6 usd when the mount cost 23 … I will file a complaint to the authorities here to get full refund as their sale is a scam … please don’t buy from them !

Horrible just horrible. I placed my order on May 11th and it was expected May 27th and I waited a week and sent an email I haven’t received it they said it was stuck and they would push it through now it’s July 4th still nothing I have asked for a refund for the last and I keep getting the run around and now all of sudden they say it’s delivered and I still have nothing .they refused to give me a refund on something I have waiting almost 2 months on and still haven’t gotten . This shit is ridiculous DONT ORDER FROM HERE !! They will steal your money like they did me

Never received the order

I placed an order on June 1st. I got a tracking link a few days later. One week later, the item was marked as delivered. However, I never received it. I tried contacting the company, but they insisted that the item was delivered. Looking at the reviews, it seems that many others share the same experience. Do not order from the website to avoid going through the same experience.

The website is a scam designed to take money from innocent people. Do not order anything from the website and report it across all platforms so that innocent people are not robbed.

I bought an item from Limorence, and a tracking number was given to me; after 8 days, I got an email that my item was delivered to my designated address, but I never received the item. I was asked to check my local post and I did guess what! My local post office told me that there's nothing like such an item and the tracking number. It was a painful experience. I demanded the name of their carrier, phone number or address so that I could investigate, but they declined. I asked for a refund, and they declined.

*BEWARE* *DO NOT USE* This website does not even deserve 1 star, they are a 5 star scam. All their information is fake phone number and address. The advertisements are misleading and false. They send you what ever they want and blame the exorbitent lead times on international shipping. When requesting a refund they state that the product order aligns with warehouse inspaction and they no longer sell the product.

This is a scam of a site. First got overcharged on my card and contacted them about it, nothing happened.

Then my package took over 20 days to arrive and wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Emailed them again and get almost an auto default message but they will not refund it. Do not fall for this scam

Future Customers: I ordered the waterproof bag from an ad posted on Instagram at the end of January. The day after I ordered it, I tried to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel the order. About 3 weeks later I kept getting different tracking numbers through emails. I then received an email that it had been delivered. It had not. I contacted Limorence and received another tracking number. Finally after a week of trying to figure out where the package was, Limorence said delivery service insisted it had been delivered and put in my letter box, it had not. Nor did I get a notification from the Post Office that it was at the PO and could be picked up. Bottom line, I never received the package, and Limorence will not refund me. This is just a heads up. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The package was either lost, stolen, or ??? I don't know what. But I'm now minus the money I spent on the order. I urge caution. Thank you.

Complete scam. Ordered a product and what arrived looked nothing like the picture and looked like a 1st grade project. Better off ordering from wish….

Waited patiently for three weeks, and finally, this delightful set arrived. The design is clever and engaging, perfect for sparking creativity. The magnetic feature offers endless fun, although the wait was long. Overall, an enjoyable purchase, ideal for imaginative play sessions.
