Don't even waste your time trying to book online. This is classic bait and switch. Any car with the tiny mov destination is not available. You won't know that until you put in all your information and then the sight tells you something is wrong. When you call they offer you a ride that is hundreds of dollars more. So disappointing.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked a ride from Newark Airport on July 15th for 4 people and 8 pieces of luggage The driver did show up but in a BMW sedan!! They could only fit 2 people and the other 2 had to take an Uber. It was clear on our reservation that we needed a large vehicle and the Limo company just sent whatever they had available The cost of the return trip was $183.00 and the Uber was $95.00Limos .com would only refund me $50.00 and a $70.00 credit to screw me the next trip STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We provided a last-minute ride for this company and helped them out when they were in urgent need. Despite multiple promises, we’ve now been waiting for over 4 months to get paid. Every week we are given new excuses and delays. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
Be careful – better to work with a more reliable company!

Do not use this company! I booked and paid for a party bus for 23 kids going to prom.
36 hours before the ride was scheduled they just canceled the booking. Their reasoning for canceling the booking was they couldn’t find a driver, but in all reality, they double booked and probably got more money for the party bus and offered me a smaller limousine. I refused the limousine because it could not accommodate the amount of kids. It was going to cost them money to find another party bus and they decided just to cancel the whole ride and ruin these kids prom experience. Shame on this company!!!! They are very unprofessional it the multiple conversations that I had with them. Then the final slap in the face of offering me a $100 voucher for my next booking with thrm was almost comical. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this company.

We used limos.com for our wedding day, and the experience was absolutely flawless! From the moment we booked, their team was professional, responsive, and made sure every detail was covered. Our chauffeur arrived early, dressed impeccably, and provided top-notch service with a warm and friendly attitude.

Our experience with Limos.com in Atlanta for our corporate event was an absolute disaster. The company falsely advertised amenities like LED lighting, Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and leather seats—none of which were present. The so-called "party bus" had a broken sound system, no music, and no A/C unless requested, completely defeating the purpose of the service. On top of that, the bus arrived 30 minutes late, and the driver was rude and drove horribly, making the ride uncomfortable and unsafe. This service was a complete embarrassment for our event. Avoid this company at all costs!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while using your services. My family and I paid $1,000 to hire a limo bus for a special outing to view Christmas lights, hoping to provide a memorable evening for my elderly mother-in-law, two infants, and a woman undergoing cancer treatment. We were specifically assured that we would receive a large enough bus to accommodate 20 people with sufficiently large windows to allow our group to enjoy the sights from within the vehicle, as most of them were unable to walk or stand outside in the cold.
Unfortunately, we were provided with a party bus that had completely blacked-out windows, rendering it impossible for anyone inside to see the Christmas lights. Instead of the joyous experience we anticipated, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We made a brief stop at one home where we were told we could exit to see the lights; however, my elderly mother-in-law, the two mothers with infants, and our guest with cancer were unable to leave the bus in the freezing weather.
We ultimately requested the driver take us to a park where some of us could walk and look at the lights while those unable to do so waited inside the bus. After limited enjoyment and an overall negative experience, we requested to be taken home early.
In addition to this disappointing service, I have been attempting to secure a refund for over a month. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with silence and vague responses. During my second follow-up call, I was advised to anticipate not receiving a full refund, which further illustrates the lack of accountability your company displays for its service failures.
I am appalled by the lack of concern or responsibility from Limos.com. Given our clear requests and the expectations set, the experience was utterly unacceptable. I urge potential customers to reconsider using your services for any events. Based on my experience, it appears that Limos.com prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, regardless of the quality of the service provided.

Paid for a ride to LAX that took less than 2 hours. When we arrived at our destination, the next day, I was billed double. When I called and asked why, their lame excuse was that the driver had to drive an hour to our house to pick us up. We asked several times for them to credit us and they wouldn't so I had to get AMEX involved. Got my money back but only because of AMEX. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

2Days b4 event changed the pickup address by 2 blocks, LIMO.COM cancel the ride and is trying to keep the money.
Attempted contacting them numerous times but they would not return calls or emails.

Like so many others reviewing Limos.com, they have a very poor busines model where they charged and extra $125 to our card the day after the journey.

Every other company we have booked with provide a price which is fixed.

They were given date and time of the trip , pick up address and drop off address but claim they underestimated the time and charged the extra amount without permission.

Challenged via credit card but no doubt they have the terms hidden somewhere so will get away with this time after time.

Great experience from beginning to end of ride.

These thieves took my money and when they could've fulfilled my livery service needs they refused to refund me! They STOLE $ 431.99 AFTER several days of being unable to confirm a driver for my medically necessary trip into Boston,these people had the nerve to REFUSE TO REFUND ME AFTER I HAD MADE MY NEEDS CLEAR AS TO THE DATE 10/05/23.I NEEDED CONFIRMATION ASSURING ME/ US THAT THEY WIULD BE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR US ON 10/05! THEY COULD NOT DO SO. I GAVE THEM UNTIL THE END OF BUSINESS DAY 6PM( EXTRA HOUR) TO HAVE MY RIDE CONFIRMED OR I'D BE FORCED TO SEEK ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION. 🤔 I WAITED, NO CALL FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED REQUESTING MY REFUND AS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FUFILL THEIR END OF THE DEAL. THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM MY DRIVER ONLY A VEHICLE FOR 10/05. IM SORRY BUT AM I SUPPISED TO DRIVE MYSELF ??? THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Tried booking through Limos.com. They took payment, but as the day of the booking came closer and closer, they still had not reserved a driver or car. After reaching out to check on the reservation, they barely responded, if at all. They would not confirm they had services booked. I ended up having to cancel after finding an alternate option that could confirm the ride. Weeks after I had cancelled, they sent me confirmation of a ride? I had to reach out multiple times to remind them it had been cancelled. They refused to give me a refund after this. They then oddly sent me an email saying they could not book the car selected and would book a different car? This was after we had talked about the cancellation multiple times. After all this, they insist on not giving me a refund, only credit for services. Which I'm not sure they could ever actually fulfill on. I really wish I had run across these reviews before trying to book through them.

Booked a limo out of Newark on April 23rd. Limo never showed. After waiting more than one hour and calling Limos.com took a taxi instead.

While in the taxi got a call from the driver who said he was waiting. This after an hour and a half. Said he tried to reach me. Phone on all the time and no record of any calls on my phone.

Do not use!!

The company asked up to do a job for them and never paid. Crickets any and every time we tried to resolve the issue. The job happened in 2018 and they do not allow reviews that old so just a reminder you owe me money.
