I received two valuable free advice calls from Lincs Law today, within a short time of my request. The advice covered different areas of employment law that could be relevant to me regarding an unexpected Settlement Agreement proposal, received from my employer. This process is something I have no previous knowledge of and was proposed not for any wrong doing by me, but inconvenience caused to the employer through my necessary absence. Sally Hubbard immediately picked out salient points from my rambling description of events and then clearly summarised the discussion and options, confirmed in a helpful email after the call. The free advice I received calmed confusion and will help me choose a realistic path forwards. I am not an executive, but Sally imparted her obvious knowledge from wide experience, with with respect and clarity, irrespective of my role. Thank you.

Feel let down, after paying ££££s, my bundle evidence cannot have been read, as forged documents were missed and other inaccuracies in the bundle, which respondent solicitor, confirmed in re-examine of witness, how can a SOLICITOR MISS THESE OBVIOUS ERRORS, if these were brought to my attention my case on injury to feelings would have been proven, also perverting the course of justice, only advice on why my case would fail, but no emphasis on the above and how to use this to my advantage, WOULD NEVER USE THIS FIRM AGAIN!

They don't take it seriously and the price is not reasonable. l won't recommend.

It’s often perceived that a trip to the solicitors is painful on your wallet and rarely rewarding.
