The team are so friendly and accommodating. Booked them quite a few times over the course of a couple of weeks and they were always reliable. They were happy to help me in getting some stuff moved which I couldn’t lift myslf and put it where I needed it at no extra cost! Highly recommend!
We had a lot of household rubbish to dispose of after a house clearance and Lincoln Man with a Man cleared it promptly and professionally at a great price. Great communication with Kirsty who mans the phone, friendly and courteous, highly recommended.

We used this company to move house, from a 4 bed 3 storey townhouse to a 2 bed bungalow..a daunting prospect! Quoted for 2 vans and we asked for 2 beds to be dismantled and reassembled too. Team arrived on time and were absolutely fantastic. Worked quickly and efficiently and in just over 2 hours the house was empty. A short wait for keys and then offloading was equally painless for us. I imagine the guys will sleep well tonight though 😁.

Used for a full house move after they came out to quote, quoted £900 for 2 vans and 4 men, to move to Newark from Witham St hughs. they couldn't fit my expensive garden pots in the van and wanted another £450 for another van even though they quoted to move them, we said no. hubby with the help of friends and neighbours hired a van and did it ourselves, I would not recommend this company as I felt let down on the day, they also charged £150 waiting time and claimed a wardrobe wouldn't fit up the stairs so put it in the garage, hubby has managed to get it into our bedroom he is in his mid 60s.
Not a young man, moving is stressful and I realise people need to be paid, feeling let down and ripped off. They might be ok for moving odd bits of furniture but would not recommend for a house move. You knew about my plants were heavy its up to you to bring the correct lifting gear not the home owner 4 men didnt want to do it don't quote for things and on the day say oh we can't move them they are too heavy what sort of a removal company does that that we managed to remove them ourselves ? We are in our mid 60s it's not my choice when we are able to get our keys sitting about charging £150 for the pleasure of it doesn't seem very fair. Thank you for reading my review.

Sorry you was not happy with Service. You was explained when we quoted you for your house move that we charged £450 for each Luton van load from your address to your new property. The plant pots in question was not a standard plant pots they was in excessive of hundred 100kg each and needed two men to lift them and was a full Luton van load on the own would not fit in the two loads you booked. We did explain on the day due to the size of the wardrobe that We was not comfortable taking it on the stairs as we did not want to cause any damage to your property. If I remember rightly the stuff did try to get it up the stairs and with the passageway there was no new rent space
Also, we do send the terms and conditions out to all our customers estate we charge £50 an hour after four hours for each van if we are waiting round for keys we was waiting round for just on the two hours due to you not having the keys to the property we put the terms in competitions in place to protect ourselves and to protect you as a customer

I rarely leave poor reviews but.... Abrupt communication, quoted literally twice the other quotes. Edited after email from owner to clarify and tone down honesty to add....3 pieces of furniture, 10 ikea bags and 3 suitcases. Quoted £650. Have accepted a quote for £355.

The lady was quoted £650 for one van house move from Lincoln to Peterborough. I don’t feel that is overpriced and I don’t feel that we are trying to rip a custom either. And I don’t find it unprofessional at all as a company we have insurance is goods in transit wages diesel VAT and tax to pay Unfortunately we do not work for free
Your original quote was not for just the items if it was then it would’ve reflected on that price
Hi, could you quote me for moving from Branston to Peterborough please? Furniture is one sofa, one single bed and base, one set of drawers, one microwave, one fold down desk, one office/gaming chair, 10 ikea bags and 3 suitcases. First floor to first floor, no lifts Thanks
This is what you asked to move which in my eyes is a house move I get there is other people out there that maybe cheaper but they may also be self-employed work for their selves and our other overheads. I think what you need to do is compare our prices to other companies which offer the same service as ours that are the same size as our company. We are not just a man with a van we are a medium size company with overhead
They have just tried to have this removed by saying it wasn't for them. Like I could ever forget their immense incompetence, pegging a dead rat to the washing line for me to find and not doing the work they were hired to do!!!
I was quoted for two jobs - a shed removal/rubbish clearance and a deep clean of a house I that had been rented out. I was told it would all be brilliantly clean because they are so professional.
The shed removal team hung a dead rat on my washing line because they thought it was funny and left litter that had been dropped between my house and next door which I then had to pick up. No clean at all took place in the house.
As I was putting the house on the market the following day it was very embarrassing when I walked in with the Estate Agent expecting it to have been professionally cleaned as promised.
I refused to pay for the clean as it never happened and after a lengthy conversation I was refunded a quarter of the removal cost for the disgusting and unprofessional behaviour of leaving a rat on the washing line which I then had to remove myself.
When I spoke to the company they initially denied leaving the rat on the washing line until I pointed out it could not have been anyone else in the timeframe. Then I was told the employee has been sacked and had to go and tell his pregnant wife that he has no job. I didn't need to hear excuses, that's not how a professional company operates. The manager just kept telling me how professional they were, what was the point, actions speak louder than words and the actions of his employees did not say professional at all! He was very argumentative and aggressive on the phone, would not let me get a word in and kept giving excuses. In the end I had to hang up as I was getting nowhere and couldn't get a word in without being talked over.
He then said they would go back and clean at no cost but I felt I could not trust that to be done. The refund took more than a week to be actioned as the manager had a death in the family, which I understand and sympathise with however leaving himself as the single point of failure (the only person able to action a refund) again does not shout professional outfit.
I cannot and would not recommend this company in any way. I left this review on their FB page and they blocked me rather than engage. I have photographs to back up this review.
Good Communication with Kirsty, both Kirsty and James went above and beyond to work around my working hours to collect my items.
Would definitely recommend, with reasable priced collection prices and quick collection on a day to suit me.
