Customer service was excellent, bought a second hand lindo bass and the nut had snapped off of it after changing strings. The customer support helped and kindly offered a replacement but for the bass despite it being an older model

A beautiful and well constructed guitar, much lighter than any other short scale bass I have tried. Nice to have 24 frets/two octaves. Intonation superb across the whole fretboard. After a few tweaks of the truss rod and bridge adjustment the action made the playing easy and enjoyable. Also, the very smooth unlaquered maple neck improves playability.
This is one of the best short scale basses I have tried in this price range (and I've tried many).

My new Lindo acoustic arrived today. Very fast delivery. Well packaged. Gig bag included and battery. Great finish although probably prone to fingerprints. The built in tuner is nice. The EQ is adequate, and the two output sockets are generous and work well.
The action came low, as I had requested, with medium to light gauge strings. As for the sound, well it is up to a person's own ears to decide. I have had a Lowden and this Lindo sounds just as good to me.

A caveat here, is that I am not a great acoustic guitar player and my playing is probably at fault.

However, having said that, the sound is good and strong considering the body size and recording it direct to the DAW, it still sounded good - at first is was a bit thin, but one can play with the built in EQ or the built in DAW effects. I also tried a ToonTracks EZMix Keef Guitar on it and it sounded powerful. But how others hear sounds will, of course, be different.

I would recommend it highly, for the price, the construction and the sound; both acoustic and electric.

I bought a used Black Fire SE acoustic guitar on ebay and after many uncomfortable experiences with acoustic guitars due to their poor shape, quality or playability, I can happily say that this one is the one for me. It has a beautiful black walnut body that does not have the usual cheap, glossy plastic-looking finish other guitars do, it has a lovely open pore wood that looks and feels professional, high quality and amazing. There are many more bells and whistles of great use and quality too, such as the locking tuners. And of course the most captivating part - the fire inlays. Spectacular. Love this guitar, love this company.

I purchased the Galaxy slim left handed and have been very pleased with it. A great beginner / intermediate guitar that is set up so it just needs tuning to play (tuner built in).
Great customer support and response and would highly recommend Lindo guitars.

Bought a 5 string bass from Amazon last October. Had to send bass back due to issues with wrap due to incorrect storage. Bass replaced under warranty within a day of return to manufacturer with no issue. Excellent service and quality product, would heartily recommend

Hello, my name is Garry and have purchased semi accoustic guitar.
I ordered on line purchasing a beautiful black finished guitar after ringing the shop for advice. The order was delivered well on time, it was fantastically packed, no damage at all, I was very pleased. There was a red pick guard in the box loose which I fitted immediately but it kept peeling away due to an obscure kink in the plastic. I phoned Lindo Guitars and spoke to a very charming chap who immediately wanted to help, he looked around his studio and said he could see a pick guard and would send it to me first class overnight, it came first thing and was perfect. I am most pleased with Lindo’s very helpful attitude and service. Thank you very much for the guard and it looks very pretty and plays well!

I love this guitar. I researched a lot of guitars, searching for a slightly smaller one than my Squiers Dreadnaught by Fender. I found this one on Amazon and had a few questions, so I emailed the manufacturer (on a Bank Holiday) and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer within minutes. I ordered it ( direct from Lindo) the same day and it arrived well packaged on Thursday of the same week and as part of the deal it included a padded Gig bag. Furthermore it was well set up and after a slight adjustment to tuning played beautifully with a rich tone and lovely volume for a parlour sized guitar. The guy at Lindo also included a guitar lead and some plectrums as a goodwill gesture for emailing them. I played it again through my amplifier and was again impressed with the sound and graphic equaliser. This is a lovely guitar for a good price and will be my go to guitar for everyday use albeit it is good enough to play at gigs. I love it!

From enquiring about the Lindo ORG-SL Slim Blue Electro Acoustic Guitar to now having been playing it for around 3 months .I just had to send another review.
I absolutely love this guitar. It looks and sounds great . I've had many people asking me about it and giving compliments.
In view of the fact I have real problems with arthritis I needed a slimline guitar, I had the action lowered and added lighter strings which means it is so much easier and less painful for me to play.

What a superb guitar company! Great experience in buying a new guitar - couldn't rate them high enough.Customer service was first class, especially when you are a novice guitar player. As for the quality of the guitar it's gorgeous - bright blue gloss and the sound is really amazing. I can see that I will be buying another guitar from them before long!

Nice people to talk to over the phone, the guitar arrived in immaculate condition and was clearly looked after despite being an ex-demo, so I expected it to show at least some wear - and I have to say it was as good as new, plays and sounds great - very happy - paid twice as much before (well known brands) and have been underwhelmed. Pleased with the purchase - no buyer's remorse whatsoever, impressed with the company and highly recommend getting one of their electric guitars!

First and last time I EVER use this company. Bought the Lindo Purple Dove 4 string Bass guitar just under 3 months ago, the neck is now like a banana, there is a clear buzzing rattling sound coming from the headstock when you pluck the strings and yet THIS COMPANY claim I have caused this due to wall hanging it for 8 weeks. Bass player of over 30yrs and NO WAY this would happen within 8 weeks if product was right on purchase. UPDATE in response to LINDO Guitars LIES. Lindo guitars Accused me of causing the damage myself because I had the guitar on the wall on a GUITAR HOOK and I did NOT play it at least once a week, this was Lindo guitars outlandish claim for the fretboard coming away from the neck after only 8 weeks, Lindo then tried to back out of the warranty and claimed they would look at guitar as a goodwill ( I still have messages as proof ). Flynn the manager from Lindo then started messaging me on amazons messaging service asking me to remove this trustpilot one star review otherwise they would not honour the warranty. I then threatened with legal action and got my refund. So now we have Flynn the manager attempting to change the review system by messaging me on amazon again asking me to change my reviews now I have my refund. NOT A CHANCE, I have the FULL Amazon chat between us and your lies in your reviews response has now been noted and I am now considering suing Lindo Guitars for LIBEL as your review response is utter LIES and I have PROOF. LINDO GUITARS YOU ARE IN BIG TROUBLE NOW

Bought a left handed slim blue electro acoustic. My first guitar. Was not disappointed. Took it to a mate who played a few songs. Looks good, sounds great. The slim designt suits me. Well packaged. Minor tuning once unwrapped. Highly recommend
