Always by my mother's birthday chocolates from Lindt, lovely selection to chose from and nice presontation boxes, also they always arrive quickly

Ordering was easy,navigating the site was fine as was the payment process Disappointed to see the number of pick and mix choices had been cut down.Goods arrived quickly via parcel force,but that's where the issue was.I was 5m from my front door when he knocked,by the time I opened the door,the parcel had been dumped on the ground and he was out the gate.I stated"it's fine,I'll just pick it off the floor then" He told me that's what they are told to do,then what if I had been out? Only courier firm in my area,that dumps and runs,and it has cost Lindt a star

Website easy to navigate, ordering was quick and easy and good delivery. Shame they are so moorish and you have to share with the kids! 🤣

The packaging is good and the items were secured properly.

Great chocolate great service, shame I never got any as the wife got to them first.

The order was delivered promptly and as always the chocolates are delicious and enjoyed by my family. My son now orders Lindt chocolates and says he won't eat anything else. Our favourites are the cherry blossom samurai.

The chocolates were well received.
There was an issue regarding royal mail not informing me that the gift had been delivered but Lindt sorted this out.
Will be buying more in the future, a perfect luxurious gift.

Fantastic service, order arrived on time and well packaged, chocolate can be delicate but it arrived perfectly.

As described and good packaging keeps all intact. Only problem is I can never get a clear answer about palm oil and sugar is used .

I recently placed my first order from lindt of two 'make your own chocolate box' sets, which was 10 x 200g Lindor boxes. I had intended to use this as xmas gifts. The delivered goods contained three boxes that had dates too short to use for xmas. Far shorter dates than on boxes in the shops. As you can imagine I was disappointed, and emailed customer services pointing this out and that there is no warning on the website. I sent photos of the boxes. Their solution is for me to return the boxes at my own postage cost for a refund. That to me is not worth doing and not a satisfactory resolution. Moral of the story seems do not order online.

The chocolates are excellent but the recipient didn’t know who they were from as you don’t provide to say who it is from or why( birthday )

The chocolates arrived OK, but the courier used gave no tracking information, and the parcel was left overnight, on my doorstep. May I suggest using a more efficient courier?

Good to put a ‘bundle’ of flavours together, including hard-to-get flavours like cherry blossom. Good to get milk/white Lindors, my brother’s favourites.
