Customer service is ridiculous. Ignoring your messages. No chance to get a refund. I lost £40

Leggendo le recensioni ero molto preoccupata di cosa potesse arrivare, invece, per fortuna, è andata bene e la camicia ed il completo (camicia e pantalone) sono esattamente come da foto e descrizione. La camicia non è proprio del colore che avevo ordinato per questo le 4 stelle ma comunque bella.

Absolutely disgusting. I have bought items thinking it is linen. It is Polyester !!!!!! They expect me to pay for return postage. Cheap, awful fabric. Wish I read reviews :'((( waste of £70 for utter junk.

So so so sad :'((( will be reporting them to every agency known to man kind.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Sur le site, les vêtements semblent de qualité. En réalité: ça ne l'est pas du tout.
Je suis très déçue d'avoir dépensé autant pour une robe qui n'est même pas en lin.
De plus, le service client au départ réactif, ne répond plus actuellement. Aucun retour possible, honteux.

Very scammy and unprofessional. They do not truly accept returns. I ordered around $140 worth of clothing and wanted to return it. They offered to refund $13 because they claim that the return shipping I would have to pay would be prohibitively expensive, which is not so. Unless you are certain an item will fit or work for you, I wouldn’t order from them. The items I received were decent, but they make returns extremely difficult to near impossible.

Totalnie nie polecsm i sugeruje omijac baaardzo szerokim lukiem. Oszusci do kwadratu to malo powiedziane. Towar zamowiony, nie zgadza sie z wymiarami - brak mozliwosci zwrotu, nie chca podac adresu zwrotnego. Bombardowanie na socialach - olewka totalna. Odzisz nie posiada metek ze składem. Producent opisuje na stronie, ze jest to len, ale to oszustwo - bo przychodzi PLASTIK.

The worst ecommerce and customer care.
The product was a lot different and not as expected. They ask me €23 For a return and They never accepted my refund proposal.

Awful!!! The fabrics are completely different from the pictures. It doesn’t even look like the same dress. It’s not linen and it is expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not worth 1 star….. didn’t get my Order that I wanted …ordered a black t shirt and a white one…what came was 2 white hooded long sleeved jumpers… I sent it back and they offered me 5 US dollars …. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!

I ordered before checking Trustpilot, so of course after checking, I expected the worst!

My goods were shipped quickly, the tracking information was updated as it was shipped from China to the UK and the package arrived within 10 days.

Product was good quality, very pleased

I did one order and received one damaged item. I contacted them for return, which will also include another item that is not damaged. After their first reply where they have asked for a photo of the damaged item, I did not hear back from them. Now it has been about 13 days and I have sent 3 reminders!

Items are not cotton as written on fabric information. They dont pay money back and items retutrn isnt allowed.

Der Verkäufer will die Ware nicht zurücknehmen, Qualität ist miserabel und die Größen stimmen überhaupt nicht.

My daughter purchased a dress from this online store and it was $88AU, and it is the worst quality dress I've ever seen. It was strapless, but the cups were literally two pieces of floppy fabric with absolutely no support at all so totally un-wearable. My daughter contacted customer service for a refund, and they offered her $8 refund to keep the dress or to pay another $23 to receive another dress! Totally pointless.
She just wanted her money back, and now they are not responding to any of her emails. PLEASE do yourself a favour and do not order from the shop. The reviews here speak volumes, I just wished she had of read them before making her purchase. A big lesson learned.

Awful scamming company. Could have given them 0 if I could. Clothes is total trash. No returns possible, instead they offer you $15 back from $120 purchase. Don’t waste your time and money. Completely ridiculous.

If i could i would give 0 stars!!!! As that’s all they deserve. Goods came damaged and all they did offered 5$ and i payed 60$. Horrible customer service as no one cares. Websites like this should be banned. As all they do is rip off the money. And if there is a problem they don’t care. Worst company i ever have to deal with!

I paid for many items which arrived but some items were not as described and I needed to exchange others for a different size. Despite their website saying they have efficient customer service and that they care about their customers experience, they do not reply within 24 hours and ignore you when you ask to return the items for a refund. They even tried to tell me to pay MORE to have an exchange. DO NOT USE.

Le colis est arrivé mais les produits sont pas du tout de qualité, c'est juste une perte d'argent, j'ai demandé une dévolution dans le temps et ils me répondent plus, je relance tous les jours depuis, donc je me retrouve avec des articles nuls à mettre à la poubelle
