I needed to translate and certify my marriage certificate for UK Visa office. We had a Project manager assigned, Polina who's extremely supportive, respond to emails in 1-2 hours, everything's transparent, you review and approve the draft before final issue.

One suggestion if I may, the official website feels like it was made by a Claude vibe coder, which could undermine the brand image, I would recommend adjusting the layout and color scheme to make it appears less AI.

Good service, proper response. Made some mistakes repeatedly after telling the correction. I think needs more focus. End of the day try their best. Thanks Lingo team.

Fast translation, professional and easy process

Lingo's service was amazing - I am so glad I found them. I needed a document translated immediately and therefore booked their fasttrack services. Before commiting, I had a couple of questions - their Project Manager Polina was super helpful, friendly, took time to answer all my questions and made sure that everything happened super quickly. I received the document the next day in the post. Would definitely recommend!
