An all round great experience. Our salesman (Mark) was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy, very helpful and a thoroughly nice chap. We will be returning for car service even though we live 45 miles away.

The Hyundai dealership in Lowestoft is modern and spacious. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The salesman who dealt with us was a real professional. They even did a phone follow up to ascertain whether the car was performing to our expectations.

Brought the car over the internet, procedures were easy to follow, the ladies who looked after us were friendly and professional. There was one small problem with the car when we got home which is now being sorted. Very pleased with the car and service.

She was extremely helpful, and nothing was any trouble. From start to finish, she made the whole process of buying the vehicle a smooth and stress free experience.
She was always an email or phone call away when I had a few questions, and not only did she get me a great deal on my purchase and a great trade in deal but the whole handing over process of my vehicle on collection day was professionally handled.

Saw a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon online and started the process to find out more as it was a good price but located 160 miles away. Beth was the contact and was very prompt in replying to various questions by phone and online not only about the car but offering a price for my px Honda CRV. Originally we arranged to have the Tuscon transported and the CRV collected but finally decided to drive down to Lowestoft to exchange cars. Pleased with the overall deal and the excellent support from Beth. So far so good with the car 5 days later.
