Great service for anyone not sure
I was unsure about which package to buy...so sent over an email, someone responded quickly, with what I needed, then sent a link for the package/payment. All came all set up just needing installed...all worked first time, no linking or programming required.

They were great on my initial phone…
They were great on my initial phone query about their product followed by my purchase call. I had a query to follow up after my purchase and the same young gentlemen were extremely helpful. I cannot fault them at any part of the process. Polite, helpful and thankfully non pushy and more than happy to help post purchase. I needed my linked setup for an extension and due to these I have my completion certificate.

Bought these to replace my Nest system
Bought these to replace my Nest system, didn’t really need the online functionality just the linking. Linking the extras was straightforward and the remote control for testing/silencing worked as expected, Now have the added bonus of a heat alarm in the kitchen and a carbon monoxide alarm linked in also. The linking covers a good distance too as have one in an out building.
