I gave a 4 because of the splotch on the Velvet Slate Grey sample in the RUBIC lll dark blue book one…definitely will not desire that kind of material even though it’s nice to the touch also nice to the eyes it’s the splotch for me! If I had to choose a material based off these 2 books…One would be the Black Grey Egyptian Cotton in the RUBIC lll light blue book one…Very nice material! I’m impressed by how Linsy Home samples didn’t shred to pieces:)) Very Clean very smooth cut very well put together!!!! This presentation was everything…Really can’t wait to purchase and sample the other books before I reach a final decision though…. Thank you LINSY HOME for giving me the opportunity to see and feel just a bit of what y’all putting down and for helping me to decide with samples on what I may choose and what I may not choose….decisions decisions decisions…Very appreciated for the opportunity…Thanks… stay tuned!

Amazing experience super fast delivery

The couch arrived so quickly and the setup couldn't be easier.

Ordering is super easy and delivery is amazingly fast with tracking immediately! Couches are nice and well. Guilt. Highly recommend!!

False Advertising. It doesnt look as advertised. The fabric in the photo looks soft and it isnt soft. The cushions look cloud like in the photos but they are not. Not good quality at all. Customer Service hasn't been helpful. Returns cost 10% of your total cost even though it's not as advertised. Overall, unhappy and would not buy from here again.

The couch has been great! Had a small issue with shipping delays and the customer service team was on it and help find where they were to get them to us.

Great customer service. Nice comfy furniture. Love the storage. Easy to rearrange , convert to beds. We have 10 seat pieces, four arm rests and 6 back rest with pillows. Just wish exchange and returns were a bit easier. I bought an item by mistake, but the hassle to return isn’t worth it.

The website made the experience amazing. It was super easy to navigate through. The customer support was top notch as well. Their sofas have been a dream in my mind for a super long time. The fabrics are beautiful and durable. (They do send free sample out of the fabric so you can feel them and see the actual color). Overall I have only positive things to say about Linsy Home.

I’m so sorry I posted my other review to your company. I did delete that one and left this one up. You have a fabulous easy to use website and the samples I got came super fast and they’re great quality and just beautiful.

Timely delivery, exceptional packaging, extremely well made and comfortable sectional. After researching many competing units the decision to go with Linsy did not dissapoint.

Everything about this experience and the unit exceeded expectation and the cost was a fraction of some competing products.

Easy to order, fast to ship and receive, and reasonable to put together. We love that this couch is customizable for our changing needs. My dogs love to lay on the couch and look out the window as well. The moveable back cushions make this possible.

So happy with the couch quality! It was so easily to put together myself and is perfect for my space.

We like the versatility of the couch. The Rubik III back cushions need more cushion. The seat cushion could be softer. The consul set up is great but the draw catch is broken.

Have to wait 24 hours for a reply back each time and still have yet to figure out how to do a return

I like fabric and texture of the swatches.

I love how big the couch is but paying 1600 for it there should be no rips in the fabric.

I placed an order immediately noticed the address was wrong so I emailed support as it stated on the confirmation email. Nothing was done and I needed to refuse the order
