Receiving a free item that I tried to purchase but nobody answered any of my questions but thanx for the free 925 silver Franco chain I wanted to buy it but TikTok made me cancel and I tried again but you guys never acted on my order id love to use you guys for my jewelry needs but you don’t seem consistent 🤷🏾

Beware this fraudulent company! I’ve ordered two pieces from them and they never came!!
Believe the reviews. They are super weird with tracking info and there is no customer support when you email them. The email isn’t a registered email account

I placed my order at the end of November on the 5th of December I got tracking the package has still not shipped I’ve emailed Linx half a dozen times with zero response. Customer service is non existent going to have to file a claim with my credit card company what a waste of time, spen your money with a reputable company.

Started a transaction to sell jewelry expressing that time is of the essence and I needed this to be paid out as upon arrival. Paid to have it over night. Was told this would be handled in a timely manner. My item was shipped and received by Linx Oct. 1st 2025. It has been 5 days, they have received and even LISTED my item for sale on their website and still have not paid me. I emailed them all weekend trying to get paid for my jewelry and got "OH well F*#% You answer". Not to mention the price of gold has went up $200 since I "sold" the items. Linx and Jacoje are rip offs, screwing people out of money.
This company is trash, STAT AWAY.
If you don't believe me go read the reviews on reddit. Thats why they have no Google reviews.
STAY AWAY, GO TO A JEWELRY SHOP INSTEAD.

Production time is HORRIBLE and customer service is Worse. If it says “3-5 weeks” plans on waiting 3-5months or longer. I ordered and paid ($850 plus shipping) early Nov 2024. My ring still hadn’t been made by April. After 6 months of waiting I asked for a refund which Braden happily did. However I don’t think my ring was ever made and I was just given the run around for months. Now I can’t get a response for an appraisal to upgrade another item. Super Disappointed as I’m had a previous good experience with the company/Jacoje.

I will update star rating, as I have not yet received my chain. I ordered a 22k rope chain, Friday, May 9th, and I haven't gotten a tracking number or anything. So much for "express shipping". Hope I'm not out thousands. And everybody saying customer service garbage, they aren't lying. I haven't heard anything back in 4 days now.. its crazy

I’ve purchased from Jacoje and now his secondary business, Linx. On his Linx site it states the bracelet was 6.5g. When received it was 6.3g. It’s a minor difference but with gold rising and also it being a used item, there shouldn’t be any approx. weight. Also, if you want to make the best out of the $30 shipping fee, I’d suggest ordering early in the week. No shipments over weekend. The bracelet is nice. Still has a shine and good quality for being used.

I reached out several times and several different ways for an exchange or refund. No response. Customer service 💩

No communication. Needed a return and exchange. Horrible e customer care. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars.

Didn’t like one of the chains I bought. Have been trying to get a hold of someone to return it but they don’t answer any of my emails or messages. Bad customer service. I don’t recommend unless you want to get stuck with something you won’t like.

Got the ring on Wednesday the stone ring fell off and the stone got lost.but I really like the ring.

The shipping was very fast and the chain Itself is beautiful. Great quality. I am in love with it. It was purchased for a gift for my bf, can’t wait for his reaction.
