I booked via a site called compareyourparkingdeals.com and choose a deal with Platinum Parking. They also trade as Lion parking. Both business have been dissolved or struck off. But they are still trading.
I arrived to pick my car up on the 29th May. Made my first call at 07.18am. 85 calls later (most either not answered or hollow promises), I eventually got my car back 7 hours later at 14.27pm. This was after being told my car keys were lost. My wife drove to me at T2 with the spare set. We drove to lions address as per the website, which does not exist. Through various calls managed to get a new address which was a lock up with a metal cabin parked in the corner. On arrival we were greeted by 2 men who insisted we left. I went to the cabin where a number of men were sleeping on the floor. I found my key, along with my personal details on the desk. I gave them 30 mins to get my car before I called the police and reported the car stolen. Along with threats to report illegal employment. Strangely, 20 mins later my car arrived.
On investigation, it would appear the majority of companies on this sight are owned, run, or have the same listed directorships. Companies close down and then restart in a slightly different name.
Please do not use this company or any company associated with it.
You have been warned.

Appalling service, don’t know the meaning of meet and greet. It was over an hours wait for them to return our car at Heathrow airport on our return journey home . This company is a shamble

DO NOT BOOK with this company! Having never booked 'Meet & Greet' at Heathrow I found them on a general 3rd party booking website and ended up with them before I saw any of the reviews. SAVE YOURSELVES NOW! If I could give minus stars I would!
We have been on lots of holidays using airport parking, so I know what to expect. It started off well, I got a text the day before reminding me to call the mobile or office number and confirm we were on the way in 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow. Well, our drop off time was 4.15 am. I was still trying to call them at 4.19, by which time we had to go and wait somewhere, so the 1st £7 drop off fee came in... Someone finally answered the phone, sounding like I woke him up and said why didn't you call when you were 30 minutes away?? SERIOUSLY? I said I did but the phone was off. To which he replied...No it wasn't. Ok I was driving round the airport lying, whatever, I was panicking about flight times. He said someone will be there in 23/30 minutes! So our 4.15 drop off was now a 4.45 drop off oh and we were in the wrong place, we had to go to the short stay car park, another £8 payment. I was called by another man, 30 minutes later, asking where we were, said he would be 10 minutes. When he finally arrived, he had no uniform, no paperwork, didn't take any photos of our cars condition (I had though), didn't introduce himself, nothing, but by then we were running late and I thought maybe they were busy, so handed the keys over and just hoped it was a one off (I hadn't seen any of these reviews!).
So skip to 5 days later, we get a message when we are away, this is Lions Parking, we have partnered with Parking Support to bring you the best service. Here's the link for our app. Click here when you land, and here when you have collected your bags. Ok I thought, that's better...I followed the directions on the app and we waited where we had dropped the car off. After 20 minutes I began to worry, I started googling this new company and saw all of the reviews about stolen cars, fines and waiting. I called the number to check they had seen my app notifications. They answered and said they had not! And they said why didn't I call when we landed?? I said because YOU sent ME a message asking me to click it in the app! He said well I dont have a driver right now, it will be 30 minutes. We were hungry, tired, cold and had been standing there for 50 minutes when I got my husband to then call. He told my husband it would be 20 more minutes! I eventually got a call from a driver, asking how many of us there were and how many bags we had. I said why, he said he was going to take us to the yard to get our car now! Then 10 minutes later, at 930pm at night in the dark and rain, a massive dark van pulls up, to collect us, again, no uniform, no company logo, no paperwork and also another angry family, to take us to their yard to get our cars. There wasn't enough seats or seat belts because the driver had his friend in the front, there were empty cans and it smelt. There was a folded pushchair that needed moving and it looked like he had just borrowed his friends car, very unprofessional. My daughter thought we were going to be kidnapped. The drivers were having a conversation in a different language, very rude, didn't explain what was going on or tell us the location of where we were going. By this point I just wanted and hoped we would have a car to come back to after all the reviews. We finally got to their yard, about 10 minutes away from the airport, what you would mistake for a derelict site, full of cars in the dark, thankfully our car seemed ok and we managed to drive home. No sorry or anything, for nearly 2 hours of hanging around in the dark and cold having paid for MEET & GREET service. Zero communication skills. Frustrating, annoying and a bit scary to be honest. Glad I wasn't on my own travelling that's all I can say.

Service are below 0!!! They dont care about the customer at all i book with compare parking and got this shithole company that give me aggravation on dropping and pickup the car i waiting in the airport for an hour or more and still didn't get my car here!
they also very hard to get over the phone!

AWFUL & SHAMEFUL Company
I would like to say i have used Lion Car Parking for the 1st time and thought everything was ok until I recieved a ULEZ CHARGE by post and the company dosent even reply back to any emails. I told Dispatch office regarding the above matter in which today i recieved a penalty charge notice, I used their services on 8th April 2026 - 23rd April 2026.
The penalty charge shows 22nd April 2026 at 18.40pm in which I wasn't here in the uk. I spoke to Abdul over the phone on 07479259475 I belive a patroller, he gave me this email address and told me to contact them, he also mentioned to look at my summary of parking and check. It could be when my cars driven and transferred over from long stay car park, but all patrollers are aware of ULEZ CHARGES. I would like this to be rectified and have a written email reply after this has been resolved. With proof of evidence of action taken. Please find attachments below.
This is a second copy of email that was sent to you on 2nd May 2026 but I didn't get any reply back. We need to get this matter resolved.

Appalling delay after delay .....
On returning home from a very long flight, we had to wait 2 hours - 2 HOURS! - for our car to be returned to us at Heathrow, Terminal 3. Initially we were told there was a 30-40 minute was because of traffic, then they said the car hadn't left the site as they were short of drivers, then an hour later, it was because the car in front of ours had a flat battery. It was excuse (lie) after excuse until eventually it turned up, and all the driver could offer was a feeble apology then very quickly disappeared. In addition, I had had an accident on our last day abroad and needed to go to hospital to have my face wound checked over when we got home. Needless to say, it made the horrible experience even worse. DO NOT USE.

Appalling service. Waited over 2 hours for our car to be brought to Terminal 3 on 11/5/26. Lied to constantly (story changed every time I called). This is the first time I’ve left a review for anything. That’s how bad they are.
I booked with Lion flying from T4 and…
I booked with Lion flying from T4 and arriving back in T2 at Heathrow. The car was collected at T4 and there was a delay collecting. On return I called after collecting my bags and was advised it would take about 15 minutes for the car to arrive. After 20 minutes I checked my car app to find its position at T5. I called the company and asked why my car was at T5 and was told they would call me back after calling the driver. I received no call back. The car finally arrived after 35 minutes and I asked the driver if he’d been to T5. He would not give me an answer even when pushed and simply pushed the car park tick at me and walking off. I suspect my car was used to transport another driver to T5 before being returned to me. Sadly the info above does not sit with the detailed commitment set out in their web site. Feel free to make your own assessment but I for one will not use again or recommend this company as they showed no care for the customer.
Slow to turn up and not parked where expected
We called on our way to Heathrow, 25 minutes from T4 and were told, as we expected to go to level 2, short stay.
We arrived on time, told them we were here but no one arrived until 45 minutes later.
That is too long when you have a plane to catch and builds unnecessary anxiety.
While abroad I saw the car was parked on a Seven Seas Road near Heathrow, not in a car park anywhere.
They replied by email quickly - which was good and they said it was a "holding" area, used when they are busy and it would be moved soon - it was the next day. But it isn't a secure area and not what was advertised.
We arrived back, called them as we collected our baggage and were told it would be 25 to 35 minutes.
No one turned up until 50 minutes later. Called a few times and was told, 5 more minutes each time then that he was there already, which he wasn't.
The guy on the phone was polite but its not acceptable after a 14 hour flight to be kept waiting like this.
The driver who brought the car back said he was basically ferrying other drivers around before he could come to us. Not acceptable.
The car itself had been parked behind a hotel, Sky Nights Hotel, West Drayton and came back dusty and undamaged but not sure if it really has security there.
Maybe its a case of getting what you pay for, but these long delays are not acceptable and I'm not going to use Lion again.
Not a meet and greet service

Not a meet and greet service. Next time will use others even if more expensive
AVIOD LIONPARKING AT ALL COSTS
DO NOT USE LIONPARKING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We came back from our holiday to a missing car.. they claimed we didn’t use them! We arrived back at 8pm we were still in the airport at nearly midnight. They told us to get a hotel and they would pay us back.. still the next day no car so that told us to hire a car and when they find ours someone would return it and again they would pay us back! They still have not payed us anything and they are avoiding us at all costs! We are now in the process of the ombudsman and a small claims court. From start to finish absolutely shocking! I think I would have respected them more if they told us they wouldn’t pay for anything. I wouldn’t even give them one star but unfortunately that wasn’t an option. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They talk the talk but do NOT deliver🤬

Hve used this company several times before without issues.
On this occasion collection was fine. However, my return flights were changed due to the middle east situation. I wrote to the company 3 times on their provided email to inform them of the new date and time. On arrival the car was not ready, I waited 2 hours for it to come and it had not been cleaned which I had paid for. I have since called 20+ times and written on two email addresses to request a refund of the cleaning and not had a reply.
The only advise from a call handler is to dispute the payment with our bank.
Won't be using again.

We telephoned 30mins in advance as instructed. They told us someone would be at Terminal 5 when we got there. They were not.
We telephoned when we got to the car park and we were told 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I called again but no-one picked up and not possible to leave a message.
I called again 5 minutes later. The call was picked up and I was told it would be another 5 minutes.
Still no one turned up. I called again and again and again and the phone was not answered.
In the end, after waiting for about 30 minutes I had to find an alternative parking option which due to last minute desperation (as I had a flight to catch) cost more than double.
They operate under Platinum Parking on consolidator websites and were chosen because they had over 150 5* reviews there - clearly all fake or for a different company.

Avoid at all costs . Their employee attempted to extort money from me on arriving at the airport . Despite me indicating what time I would be arriving to them , they insisted I am being fined for being late, but wouldn't accept any card payments or to send me an email indicating what additional charges I would need to pay . He insisted on cash only . I also left my car with a near full tank as had fueled on my way to the airport only to receive the car completely empty and car with a scratch at the front . The person who dropped it couldn't explain why the tank was completely empty ,could hardly speak any English . The contact number on phone got rude and angry when I asked about the empty tank . We barely made it to a fuel station. I can only shudder to think what they have been doing with the car . There has been no response to emails requesting more information while some listed email addresses don't even work. Avoid completely

This company operates under platinum parking Ltd...we returned home from holiday after a week ,and a few days after we got back received 2 clean air zone fines £90 each if paid in 2 weeks and a car parking fine. They had been moving our car in and out the car park at heathrow and parking randomly somewhere in London.. also tailgating out of said carpark so not paying any parking tickets and now we have over £250 in fines to pay, they do not communicate and refuse to engage. Shocking. They had disconnected the dashcam which we thought was a bit dodgy. We have reported them to the Police. Also other customers information was in the back of the car!! I hope people see this!!

Arrived T5 meet & greet having not phone in advance as instructed, a member of staff was still happy to take the car from us. On return phoned after bag collection & was advised 35min wait. Car arrived within that time, driver was very pleasant, no issues with the car whatsoever, despite reading other reviews to the contrary while we were on holiday! Great value, thanks very much
