Oh how I wish I had not ordered from this company. Ordered a framed print that I had seen on another site that did not have the size I wanted. Well it turns out this site didn't either although they didn't state the item was out of stock at the point of purchase and happily took my money.

It was only afterwards I realised this website appears to be some sort of scam. AI chatbot responding to queries far too quickly.

Initially I requested the order be cancelled. They said it was not possible as the order had been processed and advised me to wait till I received the item. A few days later I queried when the item would ship as the order status had not changed. It was then I was told that the item was out of stock. I have requested a full refund. It is being 'referred to a specialist team'. I have no faith I will get my money back without a fight. Dreadful, dreadful scam company.

UPDATED: They offered me a gift card which I outright refused. They say they're re refunding me. We'll see....

Customer Service is an AI Bot - order is missing, not even dispatched, can't get a refund. Go elsewhere!

Item was not as described. The garment arrived without any label confirming it was new, and there was no information provided about fabric composition. The label also appeared to have been cut off.

When I requested a return, the seller initially offered discount vouchers instead of a refund. After further discussion, I was given different return addresses at different stages, first in Canada and later in Germany.

Due to the inconsistent and unclear return instructions, I escalated the matter to PayPal and was ultimately issued a full refund.

Dreadful company. I have placed an order with them, it’s very late and I can’t get hold of them by phone or email. Their email bounces back, phone just rings out, have been trying for weeks now. I would Strongly recommend that you do not use this website.
