Fantastic service from Siobhan and Martin. Listed Estate Agency in Troon were superb. Their personalised marketing of my house using social media was so good, I was inundated with viewers and sold with 1 week of house going on the market. Their fees were very reasonable too.
Martin and Siobhan sold my mums home when she had to move due to health complications, and we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent.
They provided a local, friendly, and a personal yet professional service that made my mum and I feel that we had made the right choice right away. They were on hand to guide us through the sale, answer any questions we had and kept us fully informed throughout.

From the very start Martin and Siobhan made us feel that we were being treated as if we were family and that we could trust them to do the very best for us. THEY DID!!!
They used a range of approaches and fabulous videos and photographs, which tempted potential buyers. They were there if you needed them, to answer questions or offer reassurance. They suggested an open day about a week after the house went on the market, following which we got 5 offers, 4 of which were substantially over the asking price. Fantastic!
As someone said at the time 'If Carlsberg did estate agents'.
Honestly, they break the mould, 100% recommend.
