I strongly advise people, especially agents in California, to avoid using ListingReferrals.com. I spent approximately $5,000 with them years ago after being promised leads and referral opportunities. I provided everything they requested — contact information, emails, names of people to call, and additional materials.

Unfortunately, nothing was ever done. No meaningful follow-up, no calls made, no results, and no accountability. It felt like the service completely disappeared after payment was collected.

What was most frustrating was trying to recover the money afterward, which never happened. In my experience, it was a complete waste of money and time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. Please do your research carefully before signing any agreement with this company.

They make strong promises upfront, but the actual delivery has not matched expectations. In the past two months, I’ve received only one lead within a one-hour driving radius, which is well below what was implied.

The company also does not respond to emails or provide support. Once they take your money, they stop communicating. This is not an isolated case—the BBB already shows 20 complaints against this company, many of which they don’t even bother responding to anymore. You’ll also find dozens of negative reviews on Yelp and other sites describing the same issues: false promises, worthless leads, and no accountability.

By comparison, I started with another lead generation company at the same time and secured two listings within one month. The difference is night and day.

Listing Referral Group has failed to deliver on their contractual guarantees, misrepresented their services, and ignored communication. Chen the BBB page... OVER 20 COMPLAINTS, AND THE COMPANY QUIT EVEN RESPONDING TO THE MOST RECENT COMPLAINTS. Save your money and do not use this company.

Worked with them for 6 months, in the agreement they agree to give you a full refund minus any listings you took during the duration of the contract. When asked on the status of my refund mutiple times I get no answer as to when that will be coming over.

Stay away from these people. They promise 1-2 leads of seller leads a week and do not deliver. They even refuse to refund you after 6 months as is written in the contract if you are unhappy with their service. Look up all their bad reviews on bbb nothing but complaints and they keep scamming people.
