My ordered was delivered to a neighbor - who didn't get it to me in the 30 day return window ...and they didn't care. The piece I ordered was the ugliest brown. Diarrhea brown ...and I'm stuck with it - they wouldn't even let me exchange for a different color. No flexibility in their customer services.

SCAMMERS! They sell cheaply made items for ridiculous prices. I ordered 3 things and wanted to return upon receipt of the first item. They told me to wait until I got all items and then they would help me. Once I got all three, they went by the arrival time of the first item and refused to allow return as it was over 10 days. TOTAL SCAM!

I placed an online order #191055 for 3 items on 2/24. There was no movement on shipment for 2 weeks. They do not have any way to contact them except through an email. I emailed them on 3/6 and recieved a response on 3/8 that the order was being shipped. As of 3/14, the tracking indicated that it was still not shipped, so I followed up again via email. They never responded, but I did get one item in the mail. The item is fine, but I recieved no follow up or additional tracking for the other 2 items. I have followed up 3 more times via email and have recieved no response, no refund, and no additional tracking information. This feels like either a scam or just a very badly run company that does not care about customer service.

I ordered an oversized hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. Received it in time and it was decent quality, just WAY oversized. Started the exchange process... took 3 weeks to get an email response on where to send the hoodie for an exchange. I sent it back at my cost. After a month, I emailed to ask about the exchange. Response was, "We have received your returned package. We will process the exchange for you as soon as possible." After another month I asked for an estimate for shipping time, got the same response. It was now the end of March! I tried to initiate a claim through Paypal. At this point, Lit sent me an email saying they refunded my money. No refund. Paypal won't do anything. I am out the cost of the hoodie and the shipping to return it. Worst online purchase experience ever. Closed my Paypal account and will not buy anything outside of the US again.

WORST THING IVE EVER EXPERIENCE i ordered a jacket in November now it’s almost April already and it’s still not here. I’ve been sending email for months I don’t have any reply yet it’s a scam company

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I placed an order (#183054) over a month ago and have yet to receive it. The tracking service was pretty much useless; every time I checked it and found a progress with my order, it was from days ago so not up to date at all. I checked it over a week ago and the tracking said it was delivered but I never received anything, not even a parcel slip and no one rang at my door. I tried contacting the company a few times and have not gotten any responses so now I'm out almost 100$. I'm really disappointed to say the least and personally will never be buying from them again. I still hope the issue gets resolved but at this point I'm keeping my expectations low and not counting on it. Also no way to prove this but coincidentally right after I made my purchase on LIT I started getting weird charges of 400$+ on my credit card

Shipping took forever, incompete order sent, and no refund issued after waiting 16 days when they said refund will take 7-14 days.

Placed order in November. Not yet received.Chat continues to tell me delivery THIS week.Company has been tell me that for 4 months. This is a scam company.

STAY AWAY. I ordered buy three get one free after seeing ad on Instagram. They sent an XL which I couldn’t wear as it was huge and not what I ordered. They wouldn’t send me the right size unless I paid to UPS it back myself at my cost. When I reported them to PayPal they told PayPal I have to send it back to them and they sent me an address in Chinese writing. I’m out $133. They are a total scam. Not only did they send the wrong size, but they didn’t send one item at all. Stay away!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS!!!!!! Can’t believe Instagram is still putting their ads on their site!!!!!
I placed an order for 2 jackets. Received one in the wrong size and they completely left out the other jacket. I’ve emailed them SIX TIMES NOW!!!! Completely ignored. And out over $100 dollars!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Instagram right now!!!!!!
And this is why I only shop brand name companies. These rinky dink small time operations are horrible.
Lesson learned!!!!

I have emailed the correct LIT support email address with my order #186668 as well as a screenshot of my shipping receipt and have received no response. I am very worried that I will never get a response nor a subsequent return/refund initiated for the faulty jacket I purchased. This is so disheartening...

Edit: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIT! Shop somewhere that stands behind product. This place has ZERO return policy. The shoddy zipper gets stuck and I was told via email “ I can fix it myself”(I have the screenshot). Please do not give this company your money. If you really want inexpensive athletic clothes buy from Amazon, same quality but if it’s defective they will take care of you. Lululemon/beyond yoga/ ALO may cost a little more but the quality, customer service, and reliability is there!!

Again, DO NOT BUY LIT!! There’s a reason their ratings are so poor!

I ordered a coat, a month later I emailed asking where my purchase was.

They told me it hasn’t shipped out yet and I asked for a refund.

They refunded me less than what I paid then pretty sure they sold my credit card info or used it for themselves. Someone used my card and spent $800 on makeup products.

I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO EXCHANGE WRONG COLOR ITEMS SENT. CHAT CUT ME OFF IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MAILING ADDRESS AND LABEL. I WAS SENT WRONG COLOR TWICE!!! HAVE THREE ORDERS AND STILL WAITING ON THIRD ORDER.... TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASE.I RECENTLY EMAILED AND ZERO REPLY

The worst online retail service that I have experienced in a lifetime. I have been put off by meaningless responses and actively lied to on LIT’s Chat support. The most recent email instructing me to return an item failed to provide the necessary mailing address. (“To start a Return or Exchange, please email us at xxxxxxxx.com. We’ll send you an email the address you can send any returns back to.”)
Here is what I was told on Feb. 2, 2021 in Chat #65980672
“Visitor 65980672: I am still waiting for 3 of the 4 items on Invoice #146799 ordered on Dec. 31st. Response from customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. The same meaningless apology with NO information about when shipment can reasonably be expected. . . .

This past week, I finally--after two months--received the 3rd of 4 items ordered on Dec. 31st. It is an ill-fitting pair of sweatpants, and useless to me without the matching top ordered at the same time. MY PATIENCE AND MY GOOD WILL are both exhausted! I have instructed LIT to cancel the final item on the order.
As soon as LIT provides a mailing address, I will be returning for a full refund the XXL sweatshirt sent in error and the sweatpants received this past week. As stated in the most recent email received, I will expect to be reimbursed for the shipping charges incurred to return both items plus a refund of USD $102.90.

I've requested information on how to make a return (wrong size) three times without any response whatsoever. Order #169849. The first email I sent was about 10 minutes after receiving the package. I waited a week to send the second and another week to send the third. But I feel my experience has been bad enough that I am justified in giving a 1 star rating at this time. I fear I will never see my $59 ever again and I'll have a sweatshirt I will never wear. I am sending another email to your customer service people. One last try.

My order was only partially filled, and when I contacted (by email, because they have no phone customer service), they just refunded the money and didn't bother to send the items. Also, this stuff is NOT affordable for the average consumer. It's very pricey for basic, everyday items. It washes up okay, but I don't expect it to last as long as other basic fleece items I have.

I made an order that was never delivered. The company refused to follow up with the courier even though it was their responsbility as the courier would not respond to me, only the sender. I have sent countless emails and they are just completely ignoring me now. I have also contacted them via Instagram but have just seen they have suspended their insta account, presumably due to the negative feedback that was pasted under every picture! DO NOT buy from this company. I have reporting them to trading standards and would encourage others to do the same.

Ordered 3 sets for 197$, a month later got a cropped hoodie and a pair of socks. Sent 4 emails, and numerous messages to FB demanding a refund. Absolute silence.

Lit offers no customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife in December. It took 2 weeks for them to process the order so it didn't arrive before Christmas. I had to chat with someone online to get them to process the order, they even said they would throw in a free water bottle for the delay. The sweatshirt arrived late and was too big. I have been trying to get in contact with them since January 2nd. Still have no response from the multiple emails I sent. I also tried using the chat on the website and Facebook messages with no luck and there is no phone number. LIT if you see this review, my order number is 113134.

Edit: Would be great if someone would contact me. When should I expect to hear from you?

I placed and order a couple of weeks ago. I was told it was shipped, but there was no way for me to track the order. I called the number that a previous buyer who also complained about the company left. I was told the whole parcel was damaged and that is why there is not a tracking number. When I asked for a refund they told me they would have to send me a refund form and when I said I will just dispute the charge with my bank they hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
