UK name - cheap products sent (very slowly) from China - avoid!

Bought the bath duck for my granddaughter she absolutely love's it keeps her entertained love it.

My kids loved it.great mind puzzles which stop them been on their tablets much and engaging their brain

Damaged packaging. Instructions in Chinese. Cheap plastic. Way overpriced

Do not order from this company, they are not Uk based as they make it seem. I would not have ordered from them if I had known the item I ordered was coming from abroad.
I ordered a child’s bbq for my nephew, on the site it showed a young boy with a blue bbq,after waiting a while for it to be delivered the box arrived in a plastic bag and was damaged to the extent that it was not fit to give as a gift, the bbq was also pink not blue! It was much smaller than the image on the website and not fit for purpose.
I complained and was told that they would ship another one to me, when I told them it must be blue and packed in a way it would not be damaged they replied with” I would get what I got originally and they will not change the way they ship their goods! “I requested a refund and they said I could ship to Austria at my own cost before they did that, I refused so they offered me 30% of the price refund, absolute rubbish company I have advised all my friends NOT to use this company and would not ever recommend it to anyone

No order acknowledgement, useless comms. AVOID

This company is based in Austria and appears to source many of its toys directly from China, with a number of identical products available on sites such as Temu at significantly lower prices.

Customer service is slow to respond and, in my experience, they took very little accountability for the issues I encountered.

Please do your research before ordering, I certainly wish I had.

I ordered two birthday gifts costing just under £40. Delivery took 18 days from the date I placed my order.

When the parcel finally arrived, both items were damaged. One was in a cardboard box and the other in a plastic case, yet both had simply been placed together inside a single mailing box with inadequate protection. The damage appeared to be the direct result of poor packaging.

I contacted Little Kingdom immediately, providing photographs of the packaging and the damaged items. Their first response was to blame the courier and offer either replacement items or a 15% refund.

As the items were birthday gifts, replacements with another 18-day delivery time were of no use, and a 15% refund was unacceptable given that the gifts were damaged and unusable. I therefore requested a prepaid returns label, their returns details, and confirmation that I would receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs.

Several days later, they replied saying I could return the items to Austria at my own expense or accept a 50% refund instead. Returning the parcel would have cost me around £30, plus any applicable import charges, making it completely unreasonable. I again declined the 50% offer and repeated my request for a prepaid returns label and confirmation of a full refund.

A few days later I was told they did not consider the damage significant enough to warrant a refund and apologised for the inconvenience. It felt as though they were hoping I would simply give up, but I again requested a prepaid return and full refund.

After several more days of silence, I received another email that appeared to ignore the previous correspondence entirely. It apologised that I had received damaged goods and instructed me to return them to "[returns address]"—except no address was actually included. I can only assume they still intended me to send them back to Austria.

At the time of writing, the matter remains unresolved and I am only a few days away from the deadline my bank has given the retailer to resolve the dispute before proceeding with a chargeback.

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to do plenty of research first. If something goes wrong, be prepared for slow responses, repeated negotiations instead of a straightforward resolution, and the possibility of having to involve your bank to recover your money.

I got this book for my Grandson and how lovely it is, I watched him enjoying himself painting the colours, happy to buy more, also came fast post, thank you.

Really unclear product on website. Thought I was buying a set of stepping stones in multi-colours but then saw it was one colour, which didn't even appear as an option from the photos. I queried this with them but by the time they'd responded they'd already shipped it. It then took several weeks to arrive and now it's arrived I've discovered I have to return it to Austria. Very misleading from their website address

Great items, kept the kids busy and using their imagination.

We bought a peek a boo bear and it very quickly became our 7 month old grandson's favourite toy. Well packaged and delivered. Will buy again from this company.

Don't touch with bargepole- carbon copy of Cuddleberry, Chinese companies, I had to fight for a month to get a refund on the most awful quality toys, fake photos, same photos on both sites. The toys looked nothing like the photos and took 3 weeks to come. Reporting to Trading Standards, both companies, and HM Revs and Customs.

I purchased a kids sprinkler pool partly due to the 5* ratings. I was not impressed with it because the product description was misleading at best but decided not to bother asking for a refund however I then received an email asking me to review the product. I did use this as an opportunity to give a 1* review and explained the reasons I did so. Some weeks later (after another marketing email) I checked to see if they had published my review only to find there were no 1 star reviews for this product at all. They clearly do not publish reviews which don't make their products look amazing. Very deceitful practice. I wouldn't trust them again.

The company updated me every step of the way when it came to delivery it arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus the toy is exactly as it appears online iam very happy now about online ordering which I wasn't previously

Ordered 2 Creative Sponge Painting Sets for my granddaughters and received 3 weeks later a pack of acrylic pens, no templates and NOT as described, a complete rip off!
Despite emails they haven’t addressed the issue. Stay well clear!

Firstly, this company is not situated in the UK so be warned you will wait quite some time for your order - I think it was shipped from China. The tracking feature on their website is good, but still not quite sure why they use the .co.uk when the company is not based in the UK.

Secondly, all three items I ordered were parcelled together and packaged in nothing more than what looked like one of those grey plastic flimsy envelopes which was ripped during transit resulting in every items box being either bashed or torn - thankfully they were just bits I gave straight to my grandchildren for the garden but they could not have been properly gifted the packaging was so badly damaged.

Thirdly, one of the items I ordered was the Montessori colour sorting fruit and veg with the four different coloured baskets - we were sent four baskets but two of them were green and the yellow one was missing.

All in all a really disappointing experience and I will certainly avoid ordering from them again.

Saw a magic air ball on facebook , looked fascinating flying back to the person who threw it and hovering above peoples hands. Well save your money , its a small dome with lights,. Battery operated fan inside and a remote and its a load of rubbish. I threw it and it almost disappeared over next doors fence , it is complete garbage. Again save your money
