My experience

I’m disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the dress was not what I expected, and I found the returns process unnecessarily difficult.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered a 10% refund rather than a straightforward return/refund solution. This was not the outcome I was hoping for.

I’m sharing my experience so that other customers are aware and may wish to check the company’s returns policy carefully before ordering. This review reflects my personal experience with this purchase.

Please, please save yourself a lot of hassle and stay away from this company at all costs! They are running a scam.
Their website indicates that they are a local boutique selling high quality children's clothes, but what you will receive is anything but!
Dresses arrived in open packaging, no labels whatsoever to show that it's even new or any brand, awful cheap material, loose threads hanging everywhere, absolutely shocking!
They will absolutely not offer free return and will want you to ship the items back to CHINA!!!! They will also actively deter you from returning the items, instead will offer discount and to replace items (with more of their awful stuff, no thanks).
I had to open a case with my credit card to get my money back as this company is trying to ignore all the laws and basically runs a scam. I wish I read the reviews before buying as I would have never bought anything!

Absolutely awful company and what we received compared to what was advertised and shown in the image! Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m so annoyed. The material is so bad that I’m worried it won’t survive one wash. I thought I was buying quality as the prices are similar to more exclusive brands. What I got was an unlabelled set of boy clothes with a 2-3yrs old tag on.I almost gave up on receiving anything I had waited so long ( 6 weeks to arrive) Absolutely shocking, please avoid

I have just received the three items I ordered for my niece`s new baby.I am disgusted at the quality and finishing of the little outfits I purchased, and they should have been top notch considering how much they cost! As well as that the sizing is all wrong, For example the 6-9 months dungarees are much smaller than the outfit for 0-3 months. I am so angry and disappointed. Caveat emptor - avoid!!

I ordered an outfit for a little girl that was advertised as cotton from a company purporting to be a UK couple in the Netherlands. The outfit that arrived some weeks later was a nasty cheap polyester with Chinese labels. Upon requesting a return, I am being pushed to exchange it for some other nasty product or to pay international postage fees to return. Clearly a scam company so please avoid- I am annoyed that I didn’t check trustpilot before ordering.

This company is not Little Rowan. I don't know who they are but on the label of the child's outfit I bought was Tom Gvn. Made in China. The item was very poor quality and badly made. I read all about Little Rowan before I ordered and these people are not who they say they are. Gutted as it was for a little girls birthday present. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE 😡😡😡😡

Rubbish quality and not as advertised. expectinga. premium product for the price tag. cheap and unappealing garment . will be expecting a full refund. The material was thin and poor with some damage in the seams

I thought the item was coming from the UK, took longer than expected, when it arrived it wasn't as described or photographed part of the product was bright red instead of silver. After complaining they should I could cover the return shipping myself back to china or get a 30% refund so I'm out of pocked for a mistake they've made.

Awful. I ordered 2 baby items at £24.95 each. One was described as linen. No label and cheap polyester. The easy returns involves sending back to China at a cost of 25 dollars! I have asked them for a full refund and prepaid returns label or I will report to trading standards

Terrible quality, long delays and products come without tags

We ordered our items and waited 3 weeks emails came saying it was in transit 21 days ? Items came nothing like photos very poor quality will NEVER use again

Very poor quality and shoddy clothing which when arrived was unidentifiable from the picture on the website.
Unfortunately we didn't find the trust pilot reviews until we'd already received the product
Luckily we paid by credit card and so have reported the company to our finance provider who are investigating this company atm.

As with the other reviews the item received is awful cheap crap. When I searched you can find the same items on shein for almost a tenth of the price!!
They are a nightmare to get anywhere with returns too! AVOID!!

I’m disappointed with my experience ordering from Little Rowan. The clothing I received did not match the quality shown on the website, and I felt the items were poor value for the price paid. Delivery and communication were also frustrating, and when I contacted customer service I did not feel my concerns were handled properly.
What was especially disappointing was discovering that to return the items I had to pay a very high postage fee to send them back to China, and this cost was not refunded. I do not feel this was made clear before purchasing.
I understand that problems can happen with any business, but I expected better quality, clearer return information, and more helpful customer support. I’m leaving this review so other parents can make an informed decision before ordering.

This is a bogus website They are Pretending to be located in Netherlands . Tye Order details came back via junk mail and It took 3 weeks to arrive .The Quality is poor and two sizes too big . Even though they say they offer a 30 day guaranteed refund when they finally send you information they want pictures . Then they send you an email saying they are located in china and it will cost 20 -30 dollars to return . They prefer to offer you a refund of 15 pc and offer 15 pc off next purchase. The bank will only do something if you return it and then they won’t pay shipping costs . Avoid
