Shocking After Sale Care
Furniture itself is not of bad quality, we ordered two kids chairs. Chair itself is solid, but we had to put the covers on the chair ourselves, and the fit around the bottom is not so nice, as there is no velcro fasteners to keep it in place. Given the issues with customer service below, I expected the chairs to arrive complete.
Customer service is shocking for an Irish company. We ordered two kids armchairs, and were told covers would arrive in within the week, subsequently got told there was an issue with customs, and that there'd be a few days delay. 6 weeks later we had to agree with customer service to choose two different chairs then the ones our son wanted because the original two were still out of stock, and magically still hadn't cleared customs despite being told it would be a few days.
To be fair, I understand that there are issues post Brexit, but we are talking about two chair covers (fabric), 6 weeks is ridiculous to be told that the original requested items were out of stock.
Would not use this company again. Not worth the stress, and we should have stuck to our gut of getting the kids chair in Ikea.
