I placed an order on the 15th July and 12 days later I’ve not received the jewellery that I’ve paid for. Acc to my email it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I have made several attempts to contact the seller of this company, for it to fall on deaf ears. I have no way of knowing if this will arrive in time for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Dreadful service, dreadful communication. Avoid at all costs

But disappointed. The earrings don’t look much like the photo. They’re ok for everyday wear but they are nothing special.

Love the earrings and the price

I was disappointed with the quality of the items and the bracelet and necklace arrived completely tangled and unable to untangle.
I have contacts the little earring company twice to arrange a return and I have heard nothing.
Totally disappointed and won’t be using this company again to purchase anything

Order never arrived. Emailed several times; no response. Eventually, messaged via Instagram and got a response. Nothing for several weeks. Took ages to respond again. Eventually processed refund. Way too much hassle. Do not buy from here.

Everything perfect just take a long time to arrive

Ordered products on 6th June to date order still not received and tracking still says preparing order. Have emailed but no response. As usual i expect i will only get a response if i leave a 1 star review. Contact me let me know when I can expect the order or refund my money. Customer service isn't difficult.

I have worn the hugging earings with a flower which is detachablepriced £14.99 for just one week and the silver which is obviously plated not 925 has come off . I am furious what a waste . They turned my ears green too . I wondered why my ears were a bit tingly as they can't be 925 it's obvious . I want a full refund . Not hapoy at all .
