Lovely earrings. Sizes are great for small ears.

Lovely earrings, so far look nice. The dangly hearts on the hoop are quite small but pretty. I didn’t realise that dispatch could take up to 2 weeks as I had purchased for a birthday present. When I received a dispatch email it hadn’t actually been sent until the following Tuesday (this was all on Royal Mail tracking page) - this was when I had to chase. Prompt replies to emails to be fair. I feel the dispatch time should be written at check out or in the item description, not buried in the FAQs. Can’t say I will order again due to the slow dispatch time.

Slow delivery. The jewellery box is coming undone across a seam but it’ll do this time. Products ok but prone to tarnishing

The postage took quite a long time and one of the sets of hoops feels very flimsy but all the studs I ordered are gorgeous and well made.

Unique, great priced product that can’t be found on the High Street. Bought for myself twice and would buy again. New products always being added. Would make great gifts too. Brilliant customer service when I had a query and responded very quickly.

Great advent calendar! The items are very wearable, of good quality and good value for money as jewellery calendars tend to be expensive. I am able to use all the items/jewellery. The calendar was on sale around £62 on 29 Nov Black Friday and it was out of stock 1 Dec (however I saw that the price on website was lower slightly under £60 after I had bought it)

I made an order on the 7th of november and recieved my order on the 18th, when i opened the package i realised there was only one of the two earrings i had ordered in the box, after this i contacted customer service and recieved a reply the day after asking me for details, once i had given these details about what was missing i got complete radio silence, i sent another email asking for updates but that got ignored too. It’s a shame because the pair of earrings i got were really cute and i was hoping to give them as a gift.

This is my 2nd christmas of ordering the advent calendar. Always very happy with the little surprises that are to be had. Very happy with service. Will continue to order. Very happy customer.

The best earrings around. I have allergies, so i have to be really careful with the jewellery I wear, but i have been ordering from here for almost a year, and they are now the only earrings i wear. I have also got a couple of necklaces which are beautiful. Every piece is so pretty, such amazing quality and just perfect in every way. The customer service is second to none and the packaging is stunning. I will continue shopping here forever. I get so many compliments.

Earrings were nice but delivery was shockingly slow. If you’re planning on ordering for a gift, allow plenty of time!!
