Great quality play tent. Designed well for any child loving space and rockets and my grandson has had many hours of fun using it.

Terrible customer service ! I would say this company is a scam since I’m waiting for a REFUND for more than a month now ! I would not recommend buying from them .
The delivery of my item would have taken 2 MONTHS? The order has been cancelled on the 6 th of March and is now 10 th of April and did NOT get my money back.
Watch out refund policy as it’s says 30 days , however I’ve been waiting for more than that and still no money back! They keep on emailing me saying that it’s been refunded but that’s not the case! Awful customer service . Very disappointed !

We recently ordered a stepper product to enable our two year old reach the bathroom sink.
The product itself is of very high quality and very easy to assemble.
It is the perfect height and offers and nonslip safe way to allow the little dude reach the sink.
The only issue I have is now my little boy wants to constantly play with his toys in the bathroom sink with loads of water fun. Splashing and bubbles

Children's Egg Chair and Company review

I purchased a lovely children's chair. The quality and design are solid, it looks great, feels sturdy and is safe. You can go elsewhere and buy cheaper but I would rather pay a little more for something that is not only aesthetically pleasing but will last the duration of childhood and more, all whilst supporting a small family run business. Looking to choose a small desk now to match. Thank you Little Helper.

I ordered a child’s table and 2 chairs as a set , delivery was super quick and the quality of the item was excellent. Easily put together, and it looks very stylish. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought the pink Spine supporting height adjustable chair for my 3 year old Grandaughter. She chose it herself, it is sturdy well made and love the fact it will take her up to the age of 15. Delivery was very prompt and no problems leading up to it. Thankyou

A wonderful little company - very happy with our sandpit - they have a lot of choice so I had to phone and get some help and the lady on the end of the phone could not have been more helpful. It arrived quickly and it’s super quality. Perfect for the grandchildren.

Ordered a door swing/bouncer with spine support for my 6month old. Not heard anything after a week with regards to dispatch. Emailed them, eventually got a phone call saying it had been damaged in the warehouse and there wasn't any more left. They offered me a different one that I had seen on website that was similar. No problems there, was happy with that. Then I got the delivery, but it wasn't either of the swings I was expecting... It wasn't even on their website....It was one off Amazon!?!? That was less expensive and without the spine support I wanted! Never had this from any other company before, shocked that they thought they could get away with it/I wouldn't notice! Obviously I've emailed to try to resolve the issue (either refund or swap) but not heard anything so far. I don't expect I will. What a scam!

Edited to reply. Little helper did indeed respond the next day and offer a refund, which I believe is on the way to me shortly?
Regarding your notes about what originally happened to my order, I had no idea this had happened, but at least I know now?
Yes I did except the alternative, as I mentioned above, but I thought it was the alternative on your website.
I am still not sure about the item I actually received as the only place I have seen it for sale is Amazon. Anyways... All sorted now, just disappointed that I didn't receive what I had ordered. 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Loved the clothes rack and really looks the part. Would highly recommend buying this item and using little helpers big helpers. They really went the extra mile and the communication with the team was second to none. Look forward to getting a few more pieces from them in the not to distant future.

Very happy, nice and light, easy to alter between options, only complaint are the awful stickers (edited in your advertising photos, so you know they are awful!) Calling it COSTWAY- sounds like something from Aldi! However they were easy to peel off fortunately!

Very happy with our purchase - the Little Helper table and chair set is such good quality and the way it was packaged was extremely professional and very Apple-like. This is our second Little Helper product and we will definitely be back when we need a gift for our grandchildren.

Bought 2 items. One was damaged. Quick response to my email and a replacement was sent out promptly. Excellent service. Products otherwise excellent.

We got a play pen from these guys and the quality is fantastic, super easy to assemble, very stable and the customer service provided was fabulous! Highly recommend this product to keep your kids in a safe space to have fun! Would and have already recommended this to anyone with young children!!

The little helper toddler tower has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen for our family, keeping our toddler involved in cooking meals and keeping him out of mischief! The pod itself is very good quality and the delivery was super quick!

I ordered child table & chairs had a nightmare trying to receive it Apc after emails & phone calls with the Company the M.D Kim has put this right & finally got my order & received it today .

Placed an order over a week ago and have had no communication other than confirming they took payment. No shipping information, no tracking. Especially poor considering a fee of €21 was taken for shipping. I half thought it was a scam. Attempts to contact them through the contact form on the website leads only to an error page. Efforts to call them are also difficult. Still haven't received my order and I doubt it will come in time to be gifted.

We bought the funpod kitchen helper; Having done a lot of research on the safety features we found this had all the design requirements (low risk of entrapment or tipping) without bankrupting us. We had no issues with the order, found the product to be good quality, and most importantly, our son loves it.

I ordered the pink bow easel. I was kept up to date as to when the delivery would be and it was very prompt.
The easel is sturdy and my 2 yr old granddaughter plays with it for hours. The magnets are great as she is learning her letters and already knows the animals.
It comes complete with a variety of accessories. At the moment she is playing with the chalk board and the magnetics but as she grows she will love the felt tips and paints.

My 9 month old grandson loves playing with these blocks -his crawling and climbing has really improved since using them. They look just as in the photo and the pastel colours are lovely, excellent quality and firm enough for climbing on, but soft enough to cushion any tumbles.
I would highly recommend Little Helper’s soft play set.

I bought this Little Helper bookcase for my grandson and we are so happy with it. It takes up little space but fits a surprising number of books! The height and sturdy design make it really easy for him to look at his own books and choose what he wants to read which is exactly what we were hoping for.
