The service is great. The prices are a bit higher than other places such as Ampex, Govmint, or The United States Mint, but the selection of coins available for purchase is much better.

I emailed them about not receiving my order and they did something as I received it the next day.

Coins arrived all in one clear package all getting damaged rubbing on each other. If you want serious buyers you should individually package each coin not put them all in one. That is just common sense and practice.

OK price which is why I bought. I bought the 2025 Silver Eagle as it was discounted. This was slightly cheaper than coin dealers in Tucson. Overall their prices are overpriced.

Quality coins and quality supplies for coin collecting. UPS had one side of the box pretty well smashed, but everything was packed well so there was no damage. Thanks for the care you put into packing.

I was supposed to receive my package on the 20th and I never received it till yesterday. The problem that I have is when I contacted customer service I never got a response back. It is hard to do business with a company that won’t contact you back when you contact them.

If i order something. Do not send me all that other coins aswell. I know what i want. Do not force me into a subscription. I dont want all that coins you force me to take. If i want them i wil order them. I live in the back country. So now i have to take time to send the coins back you sent with my order. Dont ever do that again, or i wil never order with you again.
