The tracking number did not work. When I sent an email inquiring about my order I was emailed back that I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Then I did not hear back from anyone. Four days later I received my order.

Great coins, prices, and atmosphere

I didn’t like the random free trial coin that was sent with as an advertisement, it weirded me out because I had to go through the whole process of sending the coin I don’t want back

just always get what I ordered and quickly. if you call customer service you get GREAT service as well.

I've just enjoyed what I bought from the company, and look forward to doing more shopping here,. I'm a novice coin collector and have liked all aspects of this group of people, thanks Littleton

I bought the advent calendar for my son, what a great gift!

Everything was as shown in the catalog. I received everything as promised. I almost hated cutting the packages open to put my into my coin book.

Have not received my order yet

Sent emailing explaining what coins i had to sell with full description. As expected the requested photos which i sent within a few hours. I waited 2 days+ and never got a reply negative or positive. If they weren't interested in the 100 yr old Peace Silver dollars I wished they were honest and told me up front !!

Ordered 10 coins. Sent in a tube for protection. Nice touch. Thanks.

Followed my shipping request exactly (shipped USPS as I was going to be away and had my mail held at the local Post Office - didn’t want my order left in the mailbox or by the front door). Received order on 11/30/2025 in perfect condition.

It was over a week before in stock items shipped. I bought a 2025 set as a gift and it came in bags- was expecting a case. Items that were advertised were out of stock.

I received what I ordered, the packaging was great

I ordered 2 coin sets on 11/21 with a 1 to 2 business day shipping statement, for them to send on email on 12/5 to say all the sudden they have put a strict order restriction of 1 on them and the 2 sets that I order every single year would not be sent. They would only be sending the 1 set. So how do I decide which child gets their set and which one gets shorted despite my ordering and receiving confirmation and waiting and waiting for items that were NOT on backorder. I find this HIGHLY unprofessional and to be quite honest, I will be researching new companies to get my coin sets from. This was absolute dictatorship at its ugliest!

They were very quick to acknowledge my order and ship it.
