Order was placed on may 9th, I have reached out to customer service at least 3 times. It is now July 6th and the item still hasn’t moved. Customer service got back to me this morning and said “shipping will take 16-24 days”. No apology, not looking into anything further, nothing. Don’t ever order from this site, huge red flag!

I still haven't received my sheets, bro how can I review them.

It has been over 9 weeks, and the 4 sets of sheets I ordered have still not arrived. I'm doubting they ever will. They are unwilling to refund my money. I am very unhappy and disappointed. The refund policy used to say you could request a refund for shipping delays. It now not only doesn't list that, but also says that sheets must be unopened or used for the full 30 days before requesting a refund within 30 days. How does that work? Oh, and they won't refund sale items either. Are they ever not on sale. Don't trust this company!

Bought 3 fitted sheets. They don’t work. Waste of money. One could try to argue a defected item if it were only 1 but I bought 3.

I slept through the night.
A lot of my pain is gone.

Never got my order. They never offered to replace it. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

This company represents itself as an american company, it is not. It is a front for a China company. Then a month later I get charged for anothe $29.99. I called the company and a lady said I signed up for the VIP program. I said I did not and she said yes when I checked out I opted out of something which triggered me to enroll in the VIP program and the cost is $29.99 a month. I had it cancelled and asked for a refund. She said no but when I told her I would call my cc company and have them dispute and then turn the company into whatever agency is in charge of consumer fraud, she refunded my card she says. I will still file a dispute. Facebook and Instagram are the worst for having Chineses companies mislead you to believe they are US companies and then do ongoing charges. I hope Trump looks into this~!!!!!!

I do NOT recommend this company. I felt NOTHING from these sheets except stress dealing with Angel (company rep.) on how to use/return them. I could not get to Google from livegrounded.co so hoping this can be seen on Google. Angel was difficult to deal with. Site USED to say "We offer a 30-night trial for our grounding sheets. If you are not completely satisfied within those 30 days, you can return the product for a full refund." That's been deleted now but I still have the image. Angel, said I HAD to use them the full 30 d before I could return them. When I told her I wanted to return it, she said I would have a restocking fee and why didn't I just keep them? THEN she finally sends me a video on how to set up the sheet after getting conflicting info for weeks on how to work it. The instructions are vague. It was also mentioned that for a refund: they must be in the exact same condition and even the box could not be damaged. The box arrived damaged, and if one is using them, they can't be in the exact same condition. I paid the postage and returned them washed and undamaged with no assurance I would get refunded. I was hit with numerous questions such as were my outlets grounded, did I set it up right, etc. She didn't ask any questions like that until I wanted to return it. She knew I was having no results as I kept in touch wondering if I was doing something wrong. I had saved their no risk trial info from their site prior to them deleting it, which I believe is the only reason I was able to get my money back. I copied that back to her and explained I had been co-owner of a bedding product company for 25 years so I was experienced in dealing with false advertising, etc. There are many companies that sell these. Go to one of them!

I would give this company a zero if it was an option. it’s been two months and we still don’t where our sheets are. This company is a total scam.

This concept of grounding sheets is bogus. I fell for it; my own fault. Don’t be fooled. These DO NOT work. These sheets do NOTHING to improve ANYTHING. I’ve given it three months and there is absolutely nothing different in our sleep. We chose the king sized fitted sheet to assure complete coverage for both of us but it does zilch. Paid $150 for nothing. If it sounds too good to be true, it isn’t true. Oh, and it’s from China… because they really care about how well we sleep 🙄. I wish I could get my money back. (Also, you’ll notice the Livegrounded website doesn’t even have a section to leave reviews… because they KNOW they’re bogus!)

I bought the fitted sheet and multimeter on the Black Friday sale. The multimeter didn't work. I tried it on another grounding mat from another company I bought mid 2024 and it had no reading on it. I even spent $8 on a new battery thinking my 9V in my house was old. I've tested and tested the sheet with zero change on meter. 00 grounded. 00 not grounded. Customer service told me this was correct. LOL I said, then why do I need a sheet? I, too, had difficulty receiving the sheet. It took forever as it's coming from China. They have your money but for over a month you have no product so that's scary. Early January via email I was offered 20% partial credit (I don't understand what partial means; it's 20% refund actually!), so I am waiting to hear what that means after I just wrote and said I will accept it. Also, I do not want credit to their product. Why? I don't want something I don't even know works and I can't check unless I spend another $40+ on another meter that i'll never use again. Frustrating and sad for we consumers. It's always the same CSR, Angel. Hopefully he will be an angel and at least refund me 20% of my purchase. If they reply with a 20% refund, not credit, I will update my review. The Ace Hardware fellow who helped me test today looked online and came back to me in the store and told me there are a lot of bad reviews and they are not on BBB.

Complete SCAM!!! To many issues to comment about!!! I spent $252!!! After everything that went wrong on their end, 6 weeks of customer service issues, late response to emails, questions not answered, lies that were told regarding a correction of the order, very poor customer service, wrong address, incorrect tracking issues and multiple complaints to them they offered 30% refund and denied what there refund policy actually says on their webpage!!! I am 62 years old and n e v e r experienced anything like this in my life! II contacted them via email multiple times in January. February 3rd, I finely hunted down a phone number. Had two lengthy conversations and one disconnected call. I am heartbroken over the money they stole from me!!! Made in Chinaa!!

It has been over 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed the company which took a week to get a response and they said they had a shipping update. I ordered on 1/17, they show shipped on 1/23 and it keeps being updated in different places in China but it still hasn’t left China. I don’t think this is legit company.
