I absolutely love Honed. It’s made staying healthy %1000 easier. I always had a hard time getting all of the vitamins in that I was “supposed” to. The fact that they are specific to my body’s needs is awesome. Honed helps me feel good on a daily basis; I could feel a difference in less than a week of starting the Enhanced plan. Highly recommend for you and anyone you care about.

I was very happy with the completion of the testing and made the decision to get a vitamin subscription as recommended in my report. I ordered it and the shipping expected delivery has been delayed by a week. I understand during Covid that there are delays, I am just concerned once I get on this regime that it will be impacted so am hoping this is a one-off and I will be able to start and continue the program uninterrupted.

I've been on Honed supplements for just over 3 weeks. Already feel a huge improvement in my health. I love that this program has been completely customized to me. the program is easy to follow and everything is prepackaged. Great whether I'm home or at work as I can just grab and go the number of packs I need. Fast shipping too. Highly recommend!

Horrible operation. No Customer Service. Sent in samples over 4 weeks ago, kept getting an email to take a questionnaire that I couldn't log in for the questionnaire. I sent several emails to honed but NEVER got any reply, very incompetent.
Just this week I set up another account to answer the questionnaire. Crazy.
Still NO feedback on hair sample , no feedback on the questionnaire.

If you cant call someone to talk about problems then the company model is broken.

Still waiting for reply's on my emails and the questionnaire.

For customer service and not being notified that they changed their name.

Amazing overall health! The routine of taking paragon is so easy: once I completed the hair test and chose a program, I don’t have to think about anything but taking my little packets of pills. I’ve noticed better digestion and my back injury has noticeably improved!

I haven't felt any noticeable change, but will keep this up,,,hope to!

Custom vitamins are an interesting concept. I wasted a lot of money over the years purchasing supplements. I have a compound pharmacy close to me who charges a lot for custom vitamins and uses blood work.

I have not yet had to contact Paragon, so I'm not sure how their customer service is.

I have had no issues with my orders or with shipping.

Overall, I'm happy with my Paragon Vitamins subscription. I'd put it at 3.5/5 stars, so I rounded up to four. It would be nice if the website provide more information about how Paragon determines subscribers' customized vitamin plans. Beyond those mechanics, it would be nice to see the (references to the medical/health/etc.) literature (e.g., journal papers, studies, and the like) that inform Paragon's process. I appreciate that part of Paragon's value proposition and intellectual property are its process, yet it seems possible that more information could be shared without Paragon giving away its secret.

Absolutely love Paragon! I started 28 days ago and noticed a difference on day 1! While that may not be typical, I definitely noticed it right away for myself.

I've had to message customer service a few times for odd questions or situations, and each time they have been very nice and quick with their response. I'm definitely impressed.

My only criticism is that they recently sent an email announcing that "they have listened to feedback" from clients and are reducing the number of pills in each pack by creating more pills that combine several compounds in one.

Personally, I wasn't happy with this decision. The whole point of getting a customized program is so that the pills are uniquely customized to me and I'm not taking something that isn't needed. I don't need to go out and buy a full bottle of one supplement I'm only taking a few times a month. However, I can understand that many people want just "one magic pill" that does everything.

Overall... I still give them a 5 star. I've only been on it for a month, but I'm a lifetime user now! :) Thank you!!!

I have been using paragon vitamins for over a year and I love them! Better energy and overall feeling good in my body!

One month in and noticing positive changes for sure. Sleeping better and just overall feeling better. I can’t wait to see what I feel like after a few more months. My only minor complaint is that there are a lot of pills to take each day (I chose an optimized plan) but I love that they are organized for me and change day to day. Very satisfied so far!

I had no idea how much I needed Paragon Vitamins - I'm healthy, eat a pretty balanced diet, and exercise - so I wasn't sure what kind of results to expect. But even after one month, I have SO much more energy. I'm so much more alert during the day, and fall asleep quickly and deeply at night. This is the best thing I've done for my body and my health in years.

It was a ruff start because of this pandemic, but once I started receiving the vitamins there has been no hitches. I especially love the feature where we can manage our delivery date!
