My company has been using Livepush now for 2 months, previously we were using a wowza stream engine that buffered all the time. No problems up to now, customer service is excellent, we plan to expand their service use over the next 6 months.

I am a user from Japan and would like to share my experience.

I stream long-form lo-fi videos and needed to upload large files (over 60GB). The support team was very helpful and patient throughout the process. When I had storage limitations and some integration issues, they clearly explained the situation and provided practical solutions.

They even assisted with importing large files via Dropbox links, which was very helpful due to my internet upload limitations.

After upgrading my storage plan, everything worked smoothly. From my experience, the team is responsive and genuinely tries to support their users.

If you are streaming pre-recorded video content, Livepush works reliably.

The live stream was really smooth, I got no issues and even a relaxing month , when I went for vacation.all my tired day and night and spending time with family, the app has helped me a lot with my live streams and earning

Very timely with responses to my questions (both initially, and after I signed up). Service works PERFECTLY.! Very easy to use and set up. Couldn't be happier with Livepush and the service they offer. Pricing seems very competitive as well (I'm sure there's cheaper stuff out there, but I was 100% sold on their support up front, and the service being exactly what I wanted. Didn't price shop.)

Initially, I believed I had finally found the ideal service provider I’d been searching for. However, after submitting a simple question about one of their services via live chat, I was ignored for over 48 hours with no response. To make matters worse, I received no follow-up emails from their support team. Frustrated, I decided to check other reviews here, which confirmed my concerns—many users shared similar negative experiences. Thankfully, I avoided registering with this provider. I strongly caution others to reconsider before trusting them with their business.

Fantastic company with great features for the true TV broadcasters. Special thanks to their developer support who has gone way out of their way to assist us in getting our channels rolling!

So. I tried out this service because I run a few channels that deal with audio streaming with looping video backgrounds. I purchased the $119 plan as that seemed to be what I needed which is the top tier they offer.

I logged on and the first thing that I noticed was no audio upload so... In essence, if you're doing nature sounds with a black background. You still have to create a video file for this and the one I created was 50GB for a total allotted 100GB which means that I would only be able to stream 2 videos to 40 destinations.

Within the first hour that I noticed that there was ABSOLUTELY no work-around to add just a 7mb video loop and a 600mb MP3 (Like You Could in OBS), I contacted the owner (Wahaj) via on-site chat and requested a refund and explained the issue. The next morning, I woke up and saw that my message had been read but there was no response. I figured "The guy's the CEO, probably busy, has a lot to do... I'll wait". 8PM and no response. I wrote a second message saying that I find it quite disrespectful that he just glanced over my issue and did not write anything back. A little while later I received a message stating that he was taking up my issue with the engineers; So, I wait.

Next day. Same thing. Finally I had mentioned that if he and the "Engineers" were not looking for a solution then I want to proceed with a refund request as I have not used his service at all!

He basically copied and pasted the refund policy to the chat and then asked if I could explain my issue (Which I already had). I stated again what my issue was and, I even gave a piece of advice to just add the audio upload feature as this could possibly attract more customers his way.

To that point, I was met with hostility and beratement. Not only was it hostility and beratement but also an insult to my intelligence stating that I had not even made any type of valid point or request.

Verbatim, Here is my response:

I don't believe that asking for there to be an audio upload is unreasonable. I am sorry that you feel that way but I did outline my concern and possible insight. I am also sorry that you feel negatively about my remarks as I'm trying to outline the best way that I can.

I could be an angry customer and call you a thief and basically berate this entire process. However, I've been nothing but friendly in trying to outline my issue and an attempt to resolve as again, I have not used your product. This has now been met with hostility on your part, sir.

So, since you're asking me to make a feature request. Please, if possible, Sir... I would suggest and, would appreciate if you made an audio upload a possibility.

I did even notify him that I had contacted his payment vendor for a possible payment reversal as I could see this was going absolutely nowhere.

Long story short. If you're looking to stream your 1080p or 4K videos (Which require a lot of disk space) then I would look somewhere else or, just buy one of the smaller packages. Otherwise, there are other hosting sites (livereacting.com for example) that can be of better use.

The price point is what sold me initially but, the functionality is not there and; moreover, to be met with hostility on the part of the owner is just unreasonable.

He did suggest that I make 1 hr long videos and post those so, if that sounds like you then the price point is there for that consideration. But if you have 3 channels that have 12 streams going and you need a user friendly service... This is not it. 1 start from me but again. If 1 hour long videos looping are your thing then they're worth checking out as again; the cost for service is one of the better ones I've seen digging around the web.

Had to stream an event from a pretty big company (over 20 accounts connected) and it was a total failure. - The platform does not stream well.
- There's no data available about viewers.
- I keep getting charged after cancelling all the plans, they promised to send me a report which they didn't.
- They ignore your emails

My company is in the process of escalating this but I doubt anything will happen.

Complete scam company. Will not let you cancel and will not remove your credit card from file and will not let you replace the card they have on file. They will continue to renew your service no matter what.

It's horribly hard to figure out and takes forever to load a video. On other platforms I can load a video in seconds. It took two hours to load a 5min video on here.

If you dont need all the features of streamlab and only need the multichat functionality, this is a great alternative
