PTS is a great course. The chat no so. When Jared says Anmol has a bible and holds up a book on anal sex . Time to leave there is nothing professional about the chat room. It’s ashame I paid for on month of the chat room and used only one week and had disconnect from the group. The atmosphere is to negative.

Jared Wesley is the best. Love all of his instructional videos.

Great service over all a little slow on the email updates on the swing trades. Other then this A okay they are honest traders who are really helping others.

My IP address was blocked by the website admin. After a week of being assured by customer service that the problem would be fixed, I was suddenly told that their IT "has no way of unblocking my IP". I was told that I should either contact my internet provider and get them to change my IP or go to a public network like a Starbucks. Yes, I was actually told by Live Traders' customer service to go to Starbucks to use their website. I was given no other possible solution to the problem. The person I talked to said he didn't understand it himself, but could not offer me any other recourse. On top of all this, throughout an entire week of making phone calls and sending emails to 3 different people, I never received one single email from anyone at Live Traders until a week after my initial email, when I was informed that my subscription had been canceled and refunded. I'm not even sure how long I would have had to wait to find out that I will never be able to access the website again from my home network because I only found this out after calling for the 5th day in a row. There was no attempt to contact me or update me about this problem throughout the entire week that this went on. Maybe they never would have told me. They did refund my subscription and cancel it for me, so I give them credit for that. But that hardly solves my problem. Additionally, of the dozen or so calls I made to customer service, at least half of them ended by the system hanging up on me before I was ever connected to anyone. To add insult to injury, I received an email today telling me that my password has been changed. Obviously I couldn't have changed it because I can't access the website. I sent a reply telling them that I did not change the password, but I'm not holding my breath for a response. The one star rating is based purely on the customer service experience. The content that Live Traders provides is actually pretty great. I purchased Professional Trading Strategies last year, and I was happy with the purchase. Jared knows what he's talking about and is a great teacher. If you do business with this company, just be aware of the kinds of problems you'll run into if you have a customer service issue.

My honest opinion was that Live Traders was professional and the Traders were knowledgeable. The only thing that could be better is the platform that they used, going through Webinato was a terrible experience. Other than that they are friendly and answered all my questions. They were also very nice to give me a prompt and courteous refund.

The team at Live Traders is top notch. I really enjoy learning from then and feel the money spent has been a good value.

The only reason that i have to cancel my subscription is that i feel i need more time to learn how to trade.

Jared Wesley is a solid teacher and advocate for proper trading etiquette and fiscally sound money management. In a world rife with WSB- charged bad ideas fueled by crummy DD, he and Anmol offer subscribers a glimpse into the pattern driven world of the stock market. I am grateful for their service and happy to have signed up.

The quality of the chatroom and educational materials offered are excellent. Anyone wanting to learn, or improve, their trading skills should definitely check them out.
