Easy ordering traceable delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition

Usually love the Livia's Peanut Drizzle Dunx Dip but in my latest order one of the container of the dip was congealed, viscous and cement like. Far from the usual runny and creamy standard of the Dunx Dip I live, this mix was poor quality, could not be mixed, or even chewed. Hope that it was an anomaly and not reflective if a changed product.

I really like Livia's and I like the few bits the brand makes. The dunx dip/spread is genuinely lovely - I give the product itself 5 stars. However I just think the plastic container needs to be changed, and I know a lot of customers have said this as it's been addressed on IG previously (a looooong time ago). I don't know what I'm paying for if the tub is plastic and half empty - the product is just way too expensive. Would rather buy other "clean" vegan brands that are available in the high-street & full to the brim, which I am sorry to say. Sadly, won't be purchasing again.

Chocolate orange is definitely the best I've had 😍. They are so good and just the right size for a treat .

I ordered a week ago, still no dispatch email or reply to my email asking when my order will be dispatched. I know it’s been Easter but since Tuesday there’s been no update at all or correspondence. Poor customer service. I never give negative reviews but I received an email asking me to rate my experience with my order, well as it’s not been received I thought I may as well rate it.

Great products as usual! Can’t fault them. What let’s it down though is that it took a week after ordering for the items to be shipped, I had to message the company to see where my order was. So from ordering to receiving it it took 10 days. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. If it was free delivery I wouldn’t mind as much but when you are paying for delivery you expect to receive it fairly quickly.

The quality of the food is really good. It lost a star because the portion size to price is exorbitant. I like them sooooo much that I would like more at less price.

Livias is always amazing. Their products are delicious, natural and delivered quickly.

My first experiment with Livia's goods. I shared them amongst 3 friends. The cookies are dry but the the brownies and chocolate bars were yummy. We have not yet tried the spread!

Came quickly and packaged well. Love all the products and look forward to eating. Love that they are vegan.
