Expert bespoke service
After listing with a bigger brand estate agents for a while with no luck, I decided to go with Livin who know the area better and offer a more personalised service. The difference was significant - I had a lot more viewings, was kept posted on a regular basis, including via whatsapp, and the team have been great with advice. I would use their services again.
