I would give 0 if it was an option, this company is linked to Lyrawell that advertises BeetaMed beetroot capsules saying it's Australian with a base in Melbourne. This is all false they are based in China and after paying 129.80 for BeetaMed I was sent a cheap Rosabella I could have bought for less than $40. There have been 12 emails back and forth they have offered varying amounts of refund that has now reached 65% and I can keep the cheap crap, they offered 100% refund only if I return it to China at my expense about $26, I refuse to be out of pocket when they have done the wrong thing. The address they give in Melbourne is actually a high class jewelers, go figure. ):
