I ordered a jacket from your website, and my payment of £42 was successfully charged, but I haven’t received any confirmation email, and my order doesn’t appear in my history. I have a screenshot of the checkout page. Can you help me find my order? Thank you for your quick response.

I purchased a dress from llmetro.com online. The photo in the listing didn't show that there was a row of several tiny buttons down from the bottom of the v neck in the front. It is an empire waisted blue and white print polyester dress with 3/4 length sleeves. I surely didn't think that it was not going to have any shape to it at all. It cost me $36.99. I thought that the design would be more form fitting. I contacted the company and told them that I wanted to return the dress and why. They returned my email and said that I would need to pay for the return postage (to China) and that there would be and a 5% restocking fee. They offered to give me a $10 credit (if I could explain in more detail to them why I didn't like the dress) so that I wouldn't have to mail it back. I said to just give me the exact address to return it to which they did. I sent it to the exact address that they gave me (at a cost of over $20) and six months later the dress was returned to me in the unopened package! On Jan. 11th, 2024 I emailed them: "I have yet to receive the refund on my Capital One Visa for the dress that I returned yo you. I made this purchase on 10/25/23 in the amount of $43.88 and my Visa was charged on 10/27/23. I believe that I should be receiving a credit in the amount of $36.99 for the dress. This dress was mailed off to your China address on 11/14/23. Attached is a copy of the shipping invoice for your records. Please update me on when I will be receiving this credit adjustment. I never got any credit for it. I think these people are scam artists! I'll never buy anything from them ever again. I learned a lesson to always ask where returns need to be sent to before purchasing anything from China.

Habe eine Hose bei Ilmetro (12.03.2024!) gekauft unter anderem deshalb dort bestellt, weil ich auf Rechnung/ Klarna kaufen konnte. Da die Hose Nicht passte, habe ich bei Ilmetro Retour-Daten angefordert. Ich erhielt dann eine Adresse in China an die ich die Hose retounieren sollte. Auf meinem Postamt erwartete mich die Riesenüberraschung, dass ich nicht nur eine riesige Zollerklärung ausfüllen musste, sondern auch, dass die Kosten für die Rücksendung nach China genauso hoch war wie der Wert der Hose inkl. Versand den Ilmetro fü sein Produkt haben wollte! Daraufhin habe ich Ilmetro eine Email geschickt mit dem Sachverhalt und um eine Europäische Retouradresse gebeten, da ich mein Paket von einer Länderansässigen Firma zugesandt bekommen hatte. Das wurde jedoch abgelehnt und mir angeboten, dass ich die Hose nicht zurückschicken müsste und sie mit Klarna den Refund abwickeln würden! Nachdem ich bei Klarna die Rücksendung angekündigt (3. April 2024) und mit Ilmetro kommuniziert habe - jetzt über 6 Wochen - ist NICHTS!!! passiert. Klarna schickt mir ständig Mahnungen, weil Ilmetro sich NICHT! - entgegen anderslautender Mails - mit Klarna in Verbindung setzt, um diesen Vorgang abzuschließen. Habe erst letztens - nachdem ich Ilmetro wieder ansgeschrieben habe - eine Antwort erhalten mit 1000 Entschuldigungen und das man die Zufriedenheit der Kunden im Focus hat ... Bla Bla Bla .. und 3 Tage später erhalte ich schon wieder eine Mahnung von Klarna, dass man die Rechnung aktivieren will! Der ganze Vorgang ist noch nicht abgeschlossen, aber ich kann nur mehr davon abraten dort irgendetwas zu kaufen! Ein absolut unseriöses Unternehmen!!!

!!! DO NOT BUY !!! I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. They showed one product on their marketing but sent me a very bad cheap copy. It looked nothing like the real thing. When I complained and sent them photos of what I had received they started to get rude and did not want the items back and only offered me a fraction of the amount I paid. I persisted and thankfully I paid via Paypal so I was able to force them to refund the full amount. I was still out of pocket for the return postage to China.

Biggest scammers out there! They do not stand behind their products. They sent me a dress with a huge hole on the side and then wanted me to return it . try sending something back to China. they said that they would send me another one… I had to email them constantly to find out where the dress was. Then finally they sent me a completely wrong dress along with a broken zipper. This has been months…do not fall for these guys I did once, and I’ll never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do it again. Try and link to your order and it’ll tell you error you cannot link back to your items you cannot put a review on their page try and find a link to return an item. There is none you have to email them then they’ll make you send pictures and jump through hoops, and at the end of the day you’re stuck with their damage clothes and no money
