Great service from start to finish

I had been searching for an understated pair of sapphire earrings, when I came across Lloyd’s website and easily found what I was looking for. The amount of product information, compared to many other companies was reassuring and helped me to assess that my chosen earrings were good value.
The transaction was easily completed and the order acknowledgement email, gave me a telephone contact in case of any queries. A further email confirmed dispatch and a date/time slot for delivery.
The earrings came in a beautiful presentation pack, complete with authenticity certificate and detailed receipt which would make a superb gift. Buying a small item of jewellery online can be daunting and I’m pleased to have found an efficient and caring family business.

We used their WhatsApp chat function on a Saturday as my partner was measured as a half ring size. They gave their expert opinion, then searched their stock to find the best fit for him. After placing the order we received regular updates from our contact. Delivery was incredibly quick and the rings are beautiful. I can’t wait to wear them. I had been searching for a long time for some rings containing my daughters birthstones and then I came across Lloyds. Both rings I have purchased are beautiful. I am so happy with them. The delivery was very fast and the customer service was amazing. Will be recommending to all friends and family!

I received my ring within 2 days of ordering. Sent Royal Mail 24 fast tracked for free. I received a personalised email confirming my order and letting me know who to contact should there be any issues or queries and another email from the same person to confirm it had been sent and when to expect it. Unbelievable service in this day and age!
Ring arrived today (Wednesday) and ordered Monday. The ring is excellent quality and value. I will be back!
