Loaded Bikes Reviews

Great product and very solid. I was initially disappointed as the fork mount would only fit in the l-track floor rails and not in the l-track rails on the side wall of my van. Since posting my initial review the company have been in touch and sent out an alternative base plate which fits into the side wall rails perfectly. I can now say that not only am I very impressed with the product, but also with Loaded Bikes customer service. Good work guys! 👍

Great customer service for advice before buying and on follow up. Nothing is too mucha

Great bits of kits. Awesome service as usual. Top quality.

Very helpful, they contacted me because the items I ordered weren’t compatible.

Our company Van-King is delighted to be working with Loaded Bikes as alternative VW Transporter MTB fork mount rail system.
It works perfectly with our pull out steel sliding trays. Dominic's enthusiasm and passion for his company and products are second to none.
The quality of the products are fantastic, they are simply precision engineering at its best. They look awesome and work perfectly.
The customer service is first class and overall we would highly recommend Loaded Bikes.

The customer service has been fantastic! And the Rail system is amazing. Worth every penny!

Excellent service each time I use this company

2 people Race cx so it’s 4 bikes in the back of the van. The rail system - threshold and alternating are perfect. Once the fork mounts are tight there is zero movement. I feel this is the best solution on the market and although expensive it’s completely worth it if you love your sport and bikes. Super fast delivery and service too

Excellent products, well made and do the job. Customer service is second to none! Friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I can't recommend enough.

Quality, well made products. The team were extremely helpful in creating bespoke spacers to fit my bike after the standard size came up a little large. Great communication during the process.

Really helpful communication when ordering. Quality bit of kit.

Good service, I received a prompt reply to questions beforehand and then items were dispatched quickly.

Bought the threshold rail and fork mounts for a T6.

Astounded at the quality of this product.

A fantastic quality product and UK made. I was able to make a slight adaptation to fit the rails and mounts perfectly into my new vehicle.

Fantastic products and excellent customer service.

Another superbly crafted fork mount sent out quickly and professionally presented. These are at the luxury end of fork mounts market but I’d be happy willing these on to my kids !!

The quality of this product is outstanding - the attention to detail and finish are first class. Nicely boxed, easy to install and bikes are very securely fastened. Travel damage is a thing of the past!
