promotional veto pro bag package
Ordered promotion veto pro bag, was hoping to receive my order within few days but took 4-5 weeks. Needed to ring for constant updates and was told there was a delayed due to product being sold out but this wasn’t noted online at Time of purchase. I did have a apology and free gift but i was in need of a tool bag ASAP this is why i ordered for the next day delivery. Product is top quality so thank you.

We have moved warehouse over the bank holiday weekend which has been chaotic to say the least, this while no excuse has lead to a delay in getting order delivered and was only made worse by the bank holiday weekend.

Ordered a veto pro pac on the spring promotion on a Thursday to receive before the next working week, didn't hear anything for half a week before getting told there would be a "few days delay" I've now been told 7 days later that they won't be send out till April, fair enough if there's a delay for whatever reason but it's taken a week to be told about it, poor service, don't sell items that you don't have...

Hi Callum, I can see from our system that you ordered Thursday the 9th and on Friday the 10th we emailed you to let you know that although your order is on a next day service we need a couple of extra days to fulfil VETO orders due to the current order volume with the VETO promo, as per our shipping policy.
The delay is due to us reaching the maximum capacity of the DPD vans sent each day and at the moment is out of our cotnrol.
We did have the item in stock and also had more coming in but unfortunatley a shipping container has been delayed at customs unexpectedly which has caused issues with the particular product you ordered, this hasn't happened to us before and therefore we haven't had to deal with a unexpected delay like this, you where notified about this as soon as possible and we are sending out a free gift as a gesture of good will as per our email sent today.
We are extremely sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused by extended wait time, i can see that you have chosen to still wait for your order and we will keep you updated in the meantime.
