UPDATE: I was reached out to about this by a manager who took responsibility for the experience and was able to complete my request for data removal really quickly. Updating from 1 to 2 stars as I was impressed by the ownership and thoughtful follow-ups.

My initial experience was great, I was reached out to within 24 hours of contacting the company. However the advisor reached out with a haphazard email, asking me to schedule a 15 min call, when I had already booked a 30 min call via their system. The call went well, the advisor was very friendly, however she advised me to go for a mortgage that was much higher than needed, and didn't fully explain what options were out there in terms of fixed vs variable rates etc., but said she'd send it all over in a packet for me to review via email. She seemed very rushed and mentioned that she was the only one working that day and was swamped. I had clarified that I needed to move fast on a house I was bidding on (and likely to get), and had been assured that I would hear back the afternoon after I spoke to the advisor. However, I didn't hear back for nearly a week, even though I followed up 3 times with no response. When I did hear back, the AIP was already issued from BOI, even though I hadn't agreed to go with them. It was also issued to a Mr vs Ms, so I couldn't use it. I followed up to confirm if she could get it amended to be correct and if she could confirm other lender information, and got a quicker reply the next day to say she was going to get it amended. Never heard back.

Meanwhile I went with another broker who was super helpful, explained everything in detail and was able to get me a proper AIP and loan approval in nearly the same time I spent chasing Loanitt. I reached out to let them know I was going with another broker and requested my information be deleted, but got an out of office reply. Just followed up again and the advisor no longer works at the company.

Really disappointed with the experience, based on the reviews I read it seemed like a great option but in reality it was very poor and set me back weeks in my house hunting journey.
