Terrible experience with this company.
Bought 2 "brand new tyres" from them via ebay.
However when tyres were delivered, they are damaged with slice marks on the outer edge!!!!
Konstanlin Loban refused to accept a return and even made up a lie and said I had fitted them to my car and then damaged them and then taken them off the car!!!!! I mean how pathetic can you be!
In my position If you bought 2 tyres online and they came damaged, would you fit them to your car??? No way!!!!

Best customer service!
Professional and reliable! I was left in an emergency situation, my front tyre had burst on the motorway, but the team at Loban were able to provide me with tyres the next day! Very pleased with the help I received and know where to go if I need tyres! :)

I Bought 4 tyres from them on ebay
I Bought 4 tyres from them on ebay . It took 3working days, the couriers delivered only 3tyres so I had to return them as don't know if I will get the fourth tyre or not then after that I been contacted by these guys blaming me why I didn't accept 3tyres!! Advising that the fourth one will arrive on another delivery van, would you do that guys??
The guy was rude and pretend tuff guy also didn't want to refund my money and want to charge me for the shipping!!
They will be reported to trading standards if I don't receive a full refund as that was their mistake to send 3tyres.

Hi Karl,
You purchased 4 tyres Friday evening and as per the order and email confirmation, you were advised that your tyres will take 2 working days to reach you. On Saturday (less than 24 hours after placing your order), you messaged our staff to complain that you have not received your tyres and would cancel your order if they were not with you by Sunday. We got in touch and informed you that you should get them on Tuesday but we will do our best to get them to you sooner. Our courier attempted to deliver 3 of your tyres on Monday (a day ahead of schedule) and tried to advise that your 4th tyre is on another van due to weight restrictions but is on it's way to you. However you refused delivery, abused our courier and staff and request to cancel the order as you no longer needed the tyres. Just to reiterate, you were informed when placing the order that you will receive your tyres within 2 working days (Saturday and Sunday not included as a working day...), so your statement above is completely false. If you showed patience and allowed us to help you, you would have had all 4 tyres on Monday. However, we will not tolerate any abusive behavior towards our staff or couriers, which is why your order was cancelled. A full investigation was carried out on eBay, where we supplied full evidence of your abusive behavior and threats and eBay agree that your actions are unacceptable and completely unnecessary, which is why you have been blocked from purchasing from our store again, and eBay ruled in our favor. We pride ourselves on doing everything we can to please our customers and have 100% positive customer feedback within the last 12 months. We tried to go the extra mile for you and deliver your order a day earlier, however your unrealistic expectations and lack of understanding around how couriers operate (especially during a global pandemic) made it impossible for us to fulfil your order. For the record, you received a full refund once the tyres were returned back to us.
