I used this tool to try and find my husbands phone in Jan and was charged £0.48 and they did nothing. Today I find out from my Bank that they took £9.99 in March and then £39.93 today. Happily my bank have blocked them and starting a dispute to get my money back..SO DONT USE THEM AND IF YOU DO CONTACT YOU CARD PROVIDER ASAP..

Took $39 out of my account for the last 5 months and didnt ever even use it or subscribe! Absolutely a scam

This is a scammers website do not fall for it they took 00.60€ from my card then tried to take $9.71 it didn’t work then they tried taking 00.08€ then that didn’t go through and went as low as trying to take 00.02€ I mean I didn’t even know anything about no Locatool.com what would I need tools for you scammers are some Eres basura pathetic pieces of trash!! 🖕🏼

Do not use, only just realised after months, they have been taking £39.90 from me every months for a year. I did not subscribe, the service did not work. It is a scam.

In January. I was looking for a site and saw this one...I did a one day and cancelled the next day... they still charged me 60 cents on my card...I didn't give them permission..
They are stealing... and this is March 2026.

scammed me for my money and it said 1 day payment but charged me 65 dollars without telling me. Tried using it once but it doesn't even work properly. highly not recommended.

Scammers. Didn’t work. Couldn’t cancel. Payments taken for months afterwards with no notification. Avoid at all costs

Left my phone in a cab. Tried to locate it with find my but that didn’t work. I went online and must have got onto this disgraceful company’s website. Didn’t use it or authorise any payment. Got my phone back and when I checked my bank two payments of 47p had been taken. I contacted them and got a load of guff about this not being the email address I used to subscribe and asking for information from my statement. No such information was visible. I have had to cancel my card and pay for a new one because of these cowboys. It’s actually minus 10 stars from me.

Absolute scam never use the website they took money out my bank without subscribing

They know you are panicking and offer to locate your phone- which in hindsights is impossible without consent from.your mobile provider.
They charge what appears to be reasonable but it is a ploy to get you on a recurring direct debit.

Location-tool.com is a scam, it actually doesn't do anything. I entered the phone number including the country code of my lost/stolen phone, the location tool didn't find anything, it actually shows a map of USA, it's looking there thousands of miles from the country where the phone was lost.

THIS IS A SCAM OF SOME SORT JUST STOPPED MY CARD AS THAY TAKE £39.93 EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING

Disgusting, avoid this company. I wanted to find my phone via this website, but it didn't help me out at all. Since then, they have taken out 3 payments from my bank account unconsentually. £39.95 on 13th October, £19.97 on 26th November, and £19.97 on 18th December. I would NOT recommend going with this company.

SCAM!!! Took money out of my bank without permission. Same as previous review they take x5 48p and then a £40 transaction a few days later 😡

This disgusting company tells us when giving a review to be....honest, helpful and constructive! But Loca-Tool is anything but.
Stay very clear of this scam organisation. They charge your account at random - never giving you any idea as to what the charges are. But they say they are tracking your phone, and will even find it for you if you lose it. This is a lie. I've never lost my phone and yet getting charge for a service I never signed up for. be warned.

Please avoid this company it's a complete scam service. I'd rate it zero starts if possible. Tried using the service to locate a phone 29 Nov 2025 (and like every other review it didn't work). In addition to the £0.48 for the one time service they then billed another 4x £0.48, plus £39.90 over the following 24-hours. No communication or explanation as to why and no I didn't sign up to a subscription service! I had to cancel my bank card to prevent them taking any more money (which my bank tells me they we're trying to do). 100% a scam, wish I'd read the reviews before using the service. Please avoid.
