The online selection was great. The arrangement was delivered as scheduled & was beautiful! Being in Laredo - I’m so thankful to know there’s a florist in Houston I can trust to deliver the perfect arrangements when needed!

Did not deliver flowers at all. Supposed to be delivered by 4 pm on Friday 29th for our 40 year anniversary. Worst florist ever. -0 stars. Will cancel credit card charge.

Placed order AM for sympathy needed for that day. Get message back at 4pm unable to deliver. What a wonderful way to take care of order. Always call a local florist. Don’t be duped by all these companies trying to collect a free on your order. They just call a local florist for you. I bet this won’t make it on their public complaint page!

Excellent service! The flowers we ordered for a coworker that ended up in the hospital were received within 2 hours of our order - we were so happy she got them so soon!

Ordered flowers for my daughter who is going to college out of state. Delivery went well and she loved the flowers

I only received a text message and email that they do not deliver to the hotel in Kaanapali after completing the online form. You should update your system to give customers a heads up that you cannot service certain zip codes instead of letting us waste our time filling out the online form.

They canceled my order the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Was very upset. My advice is to contact the local flower shop directly.

They were accommodating when the person who was receiving the arrangement was discharged from the hospital. They contacted me and had it sent to her home.

I priced the Broken Heart arrangement on FTD after the fact.... I paid approximately $85-90 more thru using you.... I got taken & this is very sad since this is the absolute most I've ever paid for flowers, but the deceased was such a special person .... will NEVER use you again and will tell others not to use your services... I got taken once..won't happen again... thanks for NOTHING

The flowers looked beautiful and arrived on time which is the most important thing, but I was disappointed that I didn't receive the promised 15% discount on my second order after completing a review on the first order

My order was exactly what I had viewed on line to my amazement . The items were fresh and beautiful !

I would never recommend nor use this service again! I ordered flowers which were delivered the same time the post office was closing which was at a college. Therefore the recipient of the flowers did not get the flowers till the following day so they sat overnight due to the extremely late delivery! This was for a birthday so therefore my daughter never received her flowers till the day after her birthday! I was on the phone 3 different times concerning the delivery because I knew they had never made it to the destination only to be told they were on the truck somewhere and would be delivered at some point??? Very disappointed not to mention the extremely high price!! Also I ordered a day in advance so it wasn't a last minute order!! Do not use this service

Flowers not delivered to hotel for wedding couple. Will never use again. Giving up on sending flowers.
