WARNING - DO NOT RISK IT
Terrible service - I had to use the Paypal Resolution Centre to get my money back.
I ordered 4 bottles of Vitamin D3 4000IU and they sent the wrong ones (400IU which is a strange mistake to make and big price difference). When I wrote to them they said they didn't have the 4000IU in stock. I asked to return them and they said they would send me a returns label. The label didn't arrive and they wouldn't answer any more of my emails. Finally I had to say I was going to the Paypal Resolution Centre and so they emailed me the returns label that day. I returned the items and Royal Mail tracking confirmed they had received the items but they didn't refund the items, even after 14 days (this broke their statutory duty). They ignored all of my messages asking for a refund and so I had to use the Paypal Resolution Centre. They didn't even respond to Paypal so I was refunded.
It took about 2 months to get my money back and the whole process was very time consuming and frustrating. The approach seems to be to make it very difficult to return items or get your money back so you either give up or forget. I will now be contacting Trading Standards so they have a record of what happened in case there are other people with similar experiences.
You may be lucky - but it's not worth the risk.
I've found Landys Chemist and Revitals to be so much better and would highly recommend them.
