Reliable service
Reliable service, I have used twice now for two parties. It is expensive but it comes fully stocked and you don’t have to clean it when they take it away.

Hi Mel,
Thank you for taking the time to review our company.
Following on from our previous email correspondence regarding your hire, I wanted to clarify an important detail regarding the requested collection time that, unfortunately, was not passed on to us.
As you know, we arrived at the school to collect the toilet on the day requested. Unfortunately, the collection had to be aborted because the required collection time had not been communicated to us. As per our terms of hire, a failed collection charge was therefore raised.
As explained previously, had we been provided with the correct collection time, we would not have been in this situation and the hire would have run smoothly without any additional charge.
I am genuinely sorry that this has resulted in this situation, particularly as you have been a valued customer of ours for many years. It is such a shame that a single piece of information being missed has led to a negative experience and, ultimately, this review.
Kind Regards
Carla Head

Reliable and stress-free service
This company came up with the goods when no one else could! The person I spoke to on the phone was efficient and answered my questions comprehensively. There was good communication from the delivery man prior to drop-off, and no fuss (which is unusual for most delivery drivers who don't pay attention to directions and end up getting lost). The driver was also reassuring and good humoured. The trailer toilets were clean and well-presented; all of which made for a stress-free experience.
