It would be a great idea to inform properly the client on how different systems fonction in the car. A quick review on different system would be nice on a unfamiliar car. We were not able to make the air conditioning in use. i've tried to reach the service and only an automatic answer telling me that i would receive a real answer before 14-15 days! It was hot... For the rest, the car was OK except that it was not clean.

Dato il noleggio prolungato, ho dovuto cambiare macchina più volte, alcune delle auto presentavano dei difetti che mi hanno costretto a sostituirle di nuovo dopo poco tempo. Comunque, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile e alla fine l'esperienza è stata positiva.

Locatuo did everything well enough. The La Spezia team was great. The van was a manual. We booked an automatic. The van was also a tired Nissan - dirty and unkept. It performed well enough for the two weeks we had it. We were expecting a newer VW Caravelle (automatic).

However, we are sincerely sorry to hear that the cleanliness and overall condition of the Nissan van did not meet your expectations or our usual standards.
