We had received a recommendation from a relative for Lochinvar and now that our project is completed, we are very happy with the work that has been done. The management of the different trades was excellent. Everyone involved listened to what we needed and the result was a fabulous conversion that met all of our needs and designs.

We booked Lochinvar for a conservatory in 2025. The work done was great, the team were friendly and professional, and the end result has transformed our home.

The few small bits of snagging were dealt with quickly and efficiently, all in all a great service.

The main thing with Lochinvar is they use their own trades people and do all the aspects of the job - Foundations/Building/Plasterers/Electricians/Plumbers & finally Painters.(So once they finish its perfect all done)

We have just had a Sun-room replacement for our old conservatory. Firstly the salesman was the first of many companies to actually come up with some great ideas that wouldn't necessarily increase our costs but make the room better than its previous shape. A full removal of our old one was achieved quickly and immediate start to our new build began. Each different group of trades arrived mostly on separate days so as to not get in each others way, which was excellent. Good quality materials were used through out the job and installed to a high quality. They kept the site clear for our dogs to be able to run around which was a great relief, and cleared the site fully even removing odd bits after the last skip was done. Very pleased indeed with the finish and they offer a 12/18month return to touch up any cracks or painting that might be needed after settling which again is a huge weight off our minds. Each of the trades that were here were brilliant to get on with.
Only negative thing from the job was the time it took for permissions & warrants etc and not exactly their fault but communication at that stage could of been better.

Chyonne is also worth a mention as she was great to work with.

Overall we were very happy with the service. All the different trades working on the build were always friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the outcome, it was exactly what we wanted.
There were some frustrating delays. These were mainly due to planning approvals but Lochinvar could have been a bit more proactive in keeping us up to date with progress, especially with the timber windows. However, the team at Lochinvar have been very good at sorting out the one two snagging issues. Overall a positive build experience.

We are very impressed with the service we have received from Lochinvar and would definitely use them again for any future projects. The process was easy from start to finish and we are delighted with our finished build. The workmen were professional, polite and tidy and we were kept updated on progress throughout. Chyvonne in the office was friendly and organised and responded really quickly to any queries we had. I would fully recommend Lochinvar to anyone thinking of building an extension.

Lochinvar fitted new French doors to the rear of our house. The job had some complivations as the radiator needed to be relocated and a building warrant from ECC was required. Overall the service, workmanship and the product itself were to a high standard. We had to arrange for the joiner to come back a couple of weeks after fitting to ajust the doors which is quite normal, the process to do this was straightforward. My only niggle was the 6 month wait for the building warrant to be completed which the council was not at fault but i believe architect staff shortages at Lochinvar was the main culprit as the job could have been concluded 6 weeks earlier than it was. In saying this we have just asked Lochinvar to quote for new windows and will most likely go with them.

Had to have our back door replaced following a break in, Lochinvar were prompt and efficient and a satisfactory replacement done , very satisfied with the result

We had a team of 3 fitting windows and doors throughout the house. Davie, Scott and Bert Beattie. A great team all round. Friendly, helpful, professional and informative. They made sure we were kept updated on progress and walked us through each of the changes at the end of the day. They were clean and tidy and made sure we had very little to do once they were finished. I'd happily recommend Lochinvar and the Beatties. Great service and value and quality products.

I chose Lochinvar for my new windows and doors as I had friends who had had worked carried out by them in the past, and couldn’t sing their praises highly enough. I had 8 windows, new front and back doors along with new French doors fitted yesterday and today. The quality of the goods is exceptional. The installers the Beatties (2 brothers and their dad) were outstanding. Their attention to detail is meticulous. They were tidy, efficient and nothing was a problem. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Just had 3 double glazed windows installed and very pleased indeed with the whole process from quotation to fitting. This is the 2nd time choosing Lochinvar having had a new front door installed last year. As before, great quality product at competitive price and installation is brilliant. Special shout to Tommy and Steven who did a superb job. Hard working guys through start to finish on the install and cleaned up thoroughly. Everyone we've had contact with are friendly and professional. Honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

Just had our en suite bathroom re-fitted....WOW! What a fabulous engagement we had with all at Lochinvar from concept planning to completion. From start to finish - with both office based and field staff - customer service and attention to detail absolutely top drawer. The products installed and the quality work during installation and subsequent clean up were excellent.

Dealing with staff in the office at Lochinvar was a pleasure, and from my first enquiry response was quick and professional.
Window and door quality is great, and the installation team were excellent, really took the time and attention to detail, explained to us every step of the way and all in all did a fantastic job.
After sales service is also excellent, with one or two adjustments needed during settlement which was not a problem, and response was friendly, quick and efficient. We've used Lochinvar in the past for a door installation, and were impressed then. I'm happy to say that we're still well impressed and would use them again without hesitation.

From start to finish, covering the initial sales enquiry and quotation, surveyor visit and finally the installation, everything went smoothly, on time and all personnel involved were very knowledgeable and courteous. We'd specifically like to thank 'Team Beattie' for their care and attention to our specific requirements for a raised sill for our French Doors and replacement of two windows with tiled recess. This required care and extra time removing the old window units to prevent any damage to the tiles, which they achieved. All window surrounds were neat with no damage to interior walls - you would never know they had been there - thank you!

I and my wife cannot praise too highly the work and work ethic of Lochinvar Development Ltd's team who did our double-glazing and doors installation. They were meticulous and careful in everything they did. We being very anxious before the installation was begun at the mess and disruption that might occur, it very quickly became obvious that we had absolutely nothing to worry about, including no need for any redecoration, something we had thought would be inevitable. The team arrived promptly and early each morning, never stopping for a break except for their brief lunch, and repeatedly declining offers of cups of tea/coffee. The acoustic double-glazed sash PVC-U windows made by ECOSlide, which we had chosen, have proved to be very elegant, as advertised, and very effective. Altogether, we can, without reservation, recommend Lochinvar's team for their craftmanship which is exemplary, and for Lochinvar's overall service.
