AVOID DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE SPANISH

- our tour was initially cancelled as they couldnt book enough for the english speaking one so changed it to the spanish speaking one. - we had to constantly ask the woman called 'martha' for assistance and translation, which we had to use google translate to help us. For our last stop at inverness she had said a specific time 5:40. That we had to be there for. As there was already many delays. We waited there from 5:30 but did not see a coach so i called the company and was told they had already left an hour ago. I had no call, or text or even anything saying they have left us. We had to get the train to go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED DID NOT CARE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE. DID NOT HELP AT ALL.
They should have had a written itinerary and should have taken extra care of us since we did not speak Spanish. But also no message or call saying they were leaving us in the middle of no where?
Update - yes this did not happen. We had to keep going upto the tour guude to confirm and even then lost communication
