Horrific experience. Si promised the earth and delivered nothing, I struggled to order tickets online due to issues with their website and Si didn't seem to have a clue how that worked, very amateur. The event was spectacular and was for survivor charities, nothing to do with Si or Locked Down events as they were purely ticketing, but it has taken 9 months, a solicitor and the final threat of legal action and the police for Si to pay the money owed to the charity. Avoid at all costs.

The first set of reviews underneath were written at Si’s request, immediately after the event - and BEFORE he stole all the ticket money. Do not work with this amateur wannabe. It’s taken 9 months and threats of legal action/police to finally get the money back that was raised for survivor charities.

On the lead up to the Phoenix Gala, Si offered to pay for our dream venue, help us sell tickets and sort everything on the side we didn't know how to do. I was incredibly excited for my first charity event that I had created, organised and curated. On the day of our event, 17th July 2021, he turned up and I asked if he could put the online tickets on for a little longer as I was getting texts and emails about people wanting to buy online tickets. He ended up screaming and swearing at me on the day. The event was for sexual abuse survivor charities where some cast members were survivors and were in the room as I was being screamed and sworn at. Following a beautiful event that was full of love, in spite of his outburst an hour before doors opened, he didn't send the ticket money (around £1200) to us. He also didn't send the money for the venue so my family and I paid for it. It's taken us threatening legal action, court action and police action in order for him to send the money almost 9 full months after the event. I will never attend an event or support LockedIn Events after this. Si has made my life incredibly difficult for the past 9 months. Do not use LockedIn Events.

Top job! So simple and easy to use! Si was on hand answering all questions we had. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Check them out!

Went down to London for a few days and used these guys to find something to do. I was not disappointed, great service amazing places to go. Will 100% be using these guys again.

Have enjoyed attending events before by Locked In Events, and today was the first event I was part of. Si was a pleasure to deal with and has been organised and known exactly what he needed from us from the off. We can't wait to work with him again.

Great for booking events and seeing what’s on when out and about. Easy to use and great communication
