Pure money grab – No customer service!
This place is clearly more interested in taking your money than providing a helpful service. There are zero signs, photos, or dimensions to show you what will actually fit in the lockers. I made a reasonable guess based on other European facilities, but the locker was way too small.
When I realized the mistake and immediately asked for a refund for the unused locker, they flat-out refused. It was a blatant "user error" trap caused by their own lack of information. They didn't care at all that I had to pay twice for a single bag.
Absolute lack of integrity and zero focus on customer satisfaction. They rely on travelers making mistakes so they can pocket the extra cash. Avoid this place if you can—find a service that actually values its customers.
