We needed some components rather urgently, so placed the order online, and the items were quickly available for collection. Helpful staff, both on the phone and at the trade counter.

Additional charge for delivery after…
Additional charge for delivery after already paying. The reason given was for bulky charge but the item size is shown online so surely this is known before it is being sent out.
Seems a ridiculous way to add an additional £50 on to an already expensive delivery

Hi Jonathan. We are sorry you feel you had a negative experience with us. However, our sales team did ring you and explain over the phone the reason for the additional charge. You ordered one item with an overall size of 3.66 x 1.0mtr and a total weight of 72kg. The only way we can ship this single item is on a pallet which requires 3 pallets spaces at a cost to us of £120 + VAT. The additional carriage charge was required on this instance and was in inline with our shipping policies which you have accepted at checkout and are made easily available to read on or website. You were also offered a full refund if you did not wish to proceed, but you went ahead with the extra carriage fee.

Decent price for the RSJ Post
Decent price for the RSJ Post, and delivery was a lot cheaper than other companies and reasonable considering the weight. True to their word, they promised next business day if I ordered before 12pm and, sure enough, my items arrived next day. Thanks!

Disabled access using Key Lock handrail components.
The online shop was clear and easy to use, being able to see the curent stock level was helpfull as I wanted to get everything fitted by the weekend. I saw one item was out of stock so simply switched to an alternate pole size. Having the option to pick up my order was good as I could save a little delivery expense and avoid needing to have somone stay home to receive a delivery also I could personaly check I had all the correct components while at the Lockniex warehouse. The price of components was good being significantly lower than the other suppliers that I found online.
Suggested addition to online shop.
Highlight the delivery or pick up option before going to the checkout payment page.
Sugestions for apropriate fixings would have saved me a trip the my local diy store.
