I messaged through the website and Nedim called back promptly, gave an accurate estimated time of arrival. Managed to gain access for us, cleaned up and advised the correct type of lock we should have as a replacement to prevent us being locked out again.

I can only recommend Lockout Locksmiths Ltd. Nadeem was very reactive and came very quickly to my address on a Sunday morning when I contacted him to ask him to help my son who had locked himself out of my flat while I was away. He did a great job and managed to open my door without drilling the lock and charging me even more to replace it, which I really appreciated. In addition, his intervention was very reasonably priced. And finally, Nadeem communicated well and was very nice and polite.
Brilliant service from Lockout Locksmiths - gave me helpful info on a jammed door latch over the phone, then sorted the problem on a call out (giving great advice too). Communication was excellent from start to finish, and really went the extra mile - very honest and transparent with charges too. Thoroughly recommended, and wouldn't hesitate to call Lockout in future!

Nadeem from Lockout Locksmiths attended promptly when we could not find the key for our door. He used his expert non-destructive methods to open the door in seconds!! No drilling or damage done and he also kindly replaced the locks/handles with a new set of keys! Would not use anyone else. Proper honest and hard worker. Reasonably priced too.

Helpful from start to finish. I phoned in an emergency as i was locked out of my apartment and they explained everything and gave me a quote. They got to me in 20 minutes and it didnt take long to be back inside my house. So happy.
